Does Ghostface's speed slow down while in stalker mode?

I'm just wondering if Ghostface is slower while in his stalker/stealth mode, dunno the name. This isn't while crouched, just normal walking while stealthed.

When he's crouching, the speed is 90% (3,6 m.s).

Stealth doesn't slow him down, Stalking does a lot, with GF you want to stalk by leaning, then only stalk in chase when you've 99'd someone.

Nope, he only slows down when crouching (around 90%) and stalking (really, really slow).
