The amount of kills VS the amount of escapes, sacrifices & DCs was always very low, talking below 5%.
Now that the best 2 are 2nd hook only, i imagine it's even lower, and so their usage as well.
Most BP Offerings are now more appealing than these, unless you really like kill animations.

I've been seeing them a bit more recently, however if anything I think I'm seeing fewer keys as well. That's just my experience though, nothing to draw conclusions from.

keys are spawning like crazy in chests so key escape rate is high

Super low. Honestly I'm in the camp of the best two being able to be used after 1 hook. Right now you have almost no reason to run them since A. They are very difficult to get off and B. Overall you score less, waste more time than walking to hook (which impacts how you do overall etc), and they take the spot of a good addon.
Worst one should be base
The next one should be 1 hook and for one survivor
The last should be one hook any survivor

I've seen alot more after the Trickster buff, but not on any of the other killers.

Such a waste making mori animations when you only ever see them in PTB demonstrations.

I've seen a few. Had a Spirit recently ennact 4 Mori's, which was actually nice to see! As I use a randomizer, they sometimes come up. They're less annoying now they apply to those on their final hook only.

I use them now and then on how I feel about the group before it starts. Had a 4k Mori with Doc

Tbf, keys are busted and need to be nerfed we all agree on that-
but statistically devs have said key escape rates are really low actually, most people who have or find them don't get to use them. They either leave via exit gates or die, or lose the key to a killer taking franklins or something else.

on average about 5 games a day are ended early due to key escapes for me
