How would you change matchmaking?
Just a question for anyone interested. How would you change matchmaking to make it better. Me, I would say that matchmaking is fine whenever your not against a swf's group. So I would make swf's optional like cross-plat. you could go into the options and turn it off if you want(In terms of not being paired with them). I think, from my experience in survivor and killer, that the problem really lies with swf's. But they could also only be a part of the problem. What do you guys thinks?

We need more killers. There are simply to many survivors for the few killers we have. That needs to change.

You would have to say then that making cross platform optional is a horrible idea aswell. If I don't want to be paired with players from a different platform, I shouldn't have to. Why can't I have the same thing with swf's? Maybe I don't want to go against sweaty red rank swf's that blast through gens and make the game like its a cutscene because of how fast it is. Or maybe I'm tired of flash light clicking survivors who moonwalk everywhere and wait out the entire timer instead of leaving in the endgame. Please do explain, and if you have any better ideas, feel free to share.

I agree, but then there's balance and then the fact that matchmaking itself still doesn't change. But I do agree, we need more killers. At this point, I don't care if they're licensed or not.

I would personally like to opt out against SWF.
I used to play a lot but SWF just ruins the fun for me in all honesty; so i can only stomach a few games at a time now days.

With more killers i mean more players.

Crossplay means more players which means the game thrives more.
No swf means less players and punishes people playing with friends, hurting the game.

I don't think you understand me. I never mentioned getting rid of swf's, I meant that there should be an option that let's you decide whether or not you want to be paired up against swf's. That's what I mean.

I feel the exact same way. I've been getting only swf's recently whenever I play killer, and it is just so stressful. It makes the game unfun because the swf's are just higher in skill than you are, and so the whole game is them just playing around with you.

People choose to play cross platform because largely there's little difference between console and PC players except for with a couple of killers.
People would never choose to go against a SWF. It would be a dead choice.
