What are some of your unpopular opinions on the Killers?
Lets hear some of your unpopular opinions! I personally think that Blight is stronger than Spirit on certain maps. I also think that Deathslinger is at minimum an A tier killer.

A fun killer is more important than a strong killer in my opinion, however some exceptions exists, like Trickster.
Pyramid Head has one of the most unimaginitive powers in the entire game.
Ghostface's power feels lazy and boring. Despite being stronger than Micheal and Pig, I massively prefer to play them over him.
I still think Billy is the most fun killer to face in this game despite the nerfs. The overheat mechanic was stupid.
Aiming reticules should be built into ranged killers, all the best players use them anyway and they aren't bannable. However, it could make Deathslinger even more broken than he already is without one.
Freddy attracts the absolute worst type of killer players. Ones that go out of their way to be asses post game.
Also, Spirit doesn't take anywhere near as much skill to play as other top tiers. She's very basic, stop pretending guys.

Nurse is extremely unfair and Deathslinger is one of the strongest killers in the game.

- Hag is S tier up with Nurse and Spirit
- Rat Liver is overrated
- Rule Set 2 is a waste of add-on
- Trapper should NOT be able to start with all of his traps. Two at base kit? Yes. But not all of them.
- Demogorgon's buffs probably move him up to bottom of B Tier
- Trickster is probably no longer the worst killer.

Freddy deserves to be nerfed.
Hillbilly deserves to be buffed.

Unusually based opinions for this forum.

Trapper is quite good and is not the weakest in the game.

Deathslinger is competitive even vs SWF death squads if he's mastered. Not as strong as killers like spirit or nurse but very high up there as well just like hag and huntress or blight.

This has to do with the 5s Twins nerf, but just because they're unpopular doesn't mean the devs shouldn't nerf them. Saying this as a Twins main the nerf isn't as bad as people say it is.

The answer to a killer being hated due to a boring playstyle is a rework, not nerfs. Doing that just ruins them for the few players that actively enjoy them.
I honestly feel like at this point the devs should set up a small, rework dedicated team to take care of the more hated/less used killers while a main team works on new stuff.

Spirit is fun to play against

Most of their tracks beside Mr. Brightside are bland and overrated
But real opinions:
SWF isn't that strong, and if you think you're getting bullied by SWF every other game then you're just a bad killer. Learn from your mistakes rather than blaming coordination. Also no, body blocking or flashlight saves doesn't mean its an SWF, just some players know where to be.
Functioning MMR would make DBD an incredibly boring game. DBD works because of the inconsistency in ranks: if ranks were always consistent and equal, the killer would likely get bodied every game unless running slowdown builds or playing nurse/Spirit
If Ghostface's reveal mechanic actually worked he would be bottom 5 killers in the game. He is literally carried by your inability to reveal him.
Slugging for the 4k is incredibly boring, and if you feel the need to do it every game you're incredibly insecure. Ruining someone else's experience just to guarantee you get your fourth kill is lame.
I find trapper to be one of the most boring killers to go against, on par with Spirit. There's no fun interaction, just basic M1 killer that occasionally ends chases instantly because you stepped in the wrong patch of grass.
Hag has potential to be incredibly strong, yet is so often played by the mot potato of killers. I think I've played with like 3 good hags, ever. The rest just trap hooks and lose if they can't 3 man slug off an unhook.
Iri head without infantry belt is worse than having no addons at all.

Demo has never needed rat liver as base kit, people just don't have the patience to learn his base power and then complain that he's weak or needs a rework. I don't blame them because for what he is his power is very unforgiving. (He never needed the nerf to it or any of his add-ons though that was kinda ridiculous.)
That's about it, I sat and thought about it for a while and that's really the only opinion I have that could be considered controversial.

Rip if you're in trappers basement.
Deathslinger is the most fun I have in chase against killer.
Hillbilly is awful since the change it was totally unnecessary and this new Billy is just awful.

You don't need add-ons or meta perks to get kills in red ranks for all killers.

Hag should have no limit on teleport range. That limitation just chokes out a hag's play style and screws her over on big maps.
PWYF + Nemesis is still as strong on Bubba as it was before his buff.

Twins have fun gameplay mechanics and is the most ambitious Killer concept to date.

Old Freddy was a solid Mid Tier if you knew how to play him.
Ghostface is miserable to go against.
Pig doesn't need a full rework, but her previous nerfs should be reverted.
Myers isn't outdated.
Twins are overrated, including those that play with "scummy" tactics.
