Jeff perk to break hooks can be used?
Last time people said to me that the hook goes permanently broken and i wanna use it but dont wanna get banned. Someone knows if its fixed or have some fórum post that says to not use it?.
Asking because once there was a nurse addon bugged and i gotbanned for a week for no reason cause i didnt knew that i should always look to the forum to see what i can use, now i am asking.

If a perk is broken you won't get banned for using it. One time they broke Wake Up and it gave a global, permanenet 15% speed boost. People abused the hell out of it and got away just fine.

Its a survivor bug so they won't ban for it, but yes the nurse one for some reason they ban for instead of disabling the addon, character, or just fixing the damn thing.

So you know that Breakdown got fixed and the hooks respawn after three minutes?

How about playing a game
Once you get unhooked you monitor the hook
if it respawns you're fine
if not, you post a bug report
would be even betetr if you record that

Breakdown is still broken lol I saw it used just this morning and the hook never came back

Breakdown is still bugged and has been as of patch 4.6.0
It has been confirmed and acknowledged as a bug, however is not reportable, by @MandyTalk
If you want to use it, go for it, just don't expet people to be particularly nice about it.

That would be a cocky comment, if... If not exactly happened that in the past :) Comon you should know that killer players got banned in the past, exactly for this, while we in the meantime magically never saw the same on the survivor side.
That said, it would be better here without that "us vs. them". On the other hand, you can do what you want, -> at the end of the day, you will be sitting on one of those sides. Some random guy in those forums always makes sure that this happens.

I am going to go ahead and close this thread, as the OP's question has been answered. It is an acknowledged bug, but it is not reportable as an exploit; please do not report players for running it.
