Hell yeah.
All Kill was pretty lame. The best part about it is the main menu theme and music.

I've only seen The Trickster like once since the first week of release. I've seen The Twins more than him.

A little. Trickster is a bit of a one-trick pony. He does what he does well, but the only reason to keep playing him is to get better aim. Not to learn new things.
The rest of the chapter, however, is absolutely amazing and I will be playing with those buffs and perks for quite some time.
