Freedy teleport bug when the game is starting

• Description of the issue - Basically when you start a game you can teleport to a generator easily, which you shouldn't be able to.
• Steps to reproduce (if possible) - When you start a game (if you have a generator in front to teleport) you press the key for that action and you will be teleporting to it.
• How often does this occur - Basically it can be used whenever a game starts, it is only to have a generator in front and it is easily done.

I have noticed this, i thought it was a bug that shows you can but cannot but i have not tried to teleport.
