It's literally the worst perk... Not the worst perk but still trash...
1) 60 seconds cooldown is a very long time considering that hooks regenerate 30 second
2) 2.5 second to sabo the hook is not enough considering the fact that if the killer hits you, sabo goes on cooldown for 60 seconds just for the failed attempt! It's simply doesn't justify it...
3) If you sabo the hook with toolboxes this perk also goes on cooldown
4) Why you don't make it work like self-care, I mean self-care increase speed efficiency of medkit by 20%, why doesn't saboteur have the same kind of feature?

Wait, the Perk goes on cooldown when saboing with toolboxes?
One buff I would give it is that the perk doesn't go on cooldown when you didn't finish the sabo.

That's awful, I think that wasn't a thing when it got reworked tho, it must have been changed a few months ago.
