Game is completely broken and people still cry about dead hard and "SURVIVORS OP".
The pallet stun animations are completely broken right now. It's not even that you try to be greedy and throw a pallet last second, it's that you throw a pallet way before the hit animation that is initiated by killer AND YOU STILL GET HIT through the pallet. It's as if pallets don't exist 90 percent of the time. This has just left the game in an absolute broken state where one of the only defenses as survivor is completely countered by just swinging at every pallet and then getting cheap hits.
But there are no complaints on here about this. The devs don't really give a dang because it's survivor gameplay and it doesn't matter if the game is now completely busted. We will have to wait weeks before anything is initiated or changed.
This forum and the devs need to take a long hard look at themselves.

This happens when you play against someone with bad ping or is using a vpn from another country.
I have 12-30 ping and i can't hit through a pallet to save my life. if anything it is tilted in the survivors favour and freezes me mid animation and pushes me back.

I guess you weren't around when All Kill got released? Lots of threads have been made about the pallet issue.
I do agree that it's ridiculous how it hasn't been fixed by now though. Not even the with the bugfix patch where they stated it's fixed.
Hopefully with the upcoming midchapter patch.

Bugs are different, and should obviously be fixed. But that doesn't change that in the games normal non-bugged state, that at the highest level, it is survivor sided.

I have gotten stunned by every pallet that hit me this week. I am not getting this pallet immunity everyone else is enjoying.
5 -
Both sides are bad tbh The game is entity sided

You are aware though that when they hit you over the pallet it's just them hitting you and getting stunned at the same time, but just the stun is bugged atm so they are not stunned. It just looks visually like they hit you over the pallet because the stun trigger never happened; but the hit registered before that anyways.
If they don't hit you before the stun trigger then they hit the pallet and get shoved back, also not being stunned but you don't get hit.
It also makes pallet saves really unreliable.
Sure these are major bugs that need to be fixed asap- but they are not as gamebreaking as they look visually. They also are not all that frequent really.

Not entirely wrong. With lower skilled and newer players, the game is killer sided. With high skilled players with thousands of hours, the game is survivor sided.

The current state of the game: drop pallets early, search chest, find key and escape.

I love how you are complaining about a bug that isn't that common and has already been complained about a lot and is promised to be fixed and ignoring both the fact that Enduring is often useless as the cooldown on a missed lunge is almost as long as a regular stun and the fact that the loot tables are broken and spitting out keys far too often.
And then you're calling out people for having issues with both the base design of the game and with a perk that, even bugged, is arguably the strongest perk in the game?
7 -
It's less common for me but it's been happening still. Which sucks because I like to swing at pallets with Enduring but the missed attack cooldown is so long...

It's funny because I don't think I've yet to benefit from this pallet bug. But yes, survivors are op, because they are doing well even with this game breaking bug.

Yeah pallets are garbage atm but they've tried to fix it and I'm sure they'll fix it properly soon. But at least we get free keys to escape while it happens lol. Besides at least they aren't as broken as sounds for killer which have been bugged for years.

Exactly, the pallet bug is annoying as survivor but I doubt it will be long until it's fixed. But the sound bug is annoying as hell when playing killer and after years they still haven't fixed sounds in this game.

That's certainly a positive way to look at it. I respect that.

Entitled survivors keep wanting all the attention as more and more killers leave the game. Then they complain about long queues lmao. Go keep crying about the pallets, dunno why it bothers you so much when you will just find a key and leave as a team through the hatch without having to finish any objective.

tell me how can hatch spawn with this quote "you will just find a key and leave as a team through the hatch without having to finish any objective."
what rank are you green?

He's one of the trolls, it's not worth taking the bait.

Why is this so sad, yet so accurate?

Yep -- the sound bugs have been going on forever (before I even started playing the game) and still haven't been addressed. It's infuriating at times, and can sometimes be game-changing when you lose a downed survivor, for example, because you simply can't find them due to the bugs and not being able to hear them.
When I play survivor, I have terrible timing on trying to pallet stun the killer -- with my gameplay, skills. I'll take the broken "Key in nearly every chest" current issue in exchange for the pallet bug all day, lol.

I stopped playing because the pallet immunity felt too cheesy to me. When it is fixed, I will hop back in.

I agree so much with this post. But, everything is in the killer's favor, its not only pallets.

Since Sluzzy agrees with this post, I can pretty surely say this is a bait.

it's just a bug that will be getting fixed don't worry it's not the biggest problem.

God, grant OP the serenity to accept the things they cannot change, courage to change the things they can, and wisdom to know the difference.

I guess it's because I have the luxury of being a new player, and anyone who wants to shame me can scold me for not knowing enough about the intricacies of the game to have an opinion on this, but this is hardly a broken game. That term is thrown around WAY too loosely. Broken games hang, freeze, and crash. Broken games suddenly become unresponsive. Broken games fail to start.
This is a game with a MASSIVE amount of specific variables - a complex machine - and two opposing sides that seem to inherently hate the other with developers that appear willing to TRY to keep everyone satisfied despite complaints of favoritism and laziness in perpetuity.
I've been playing video games for 40 years. This is not a broken game. It may feel frustrating and imbalanced sometimes, yes, and it's not perfect. But it's hardly broken.

"one of lime and one of sand" an old saying.
This is what we are getting right now.

100% agreed.
Bugs should be fixed. That doesn't change the fact the game is favoring survivors more.
