YOU CAN GET KICKED OUT OF GAMES AND SUSPENDED FOR IT!?!!?!WHAT!!
I play on ps4 in red ranks and , the game kicked me out and gave me a 6 hour penalty for it!!! #########!!! I technically didn't quit , i didn't leave the game myself!! it booted me about 10 seconds after i stood still! bro, why is this a thing? this is the most sadistic ######### ever. was this a hack, or is something really wrong with how the devs designed this game?

Nobody's answering because we have no idea what happened in those 10 seconds to kick you from the game. It's one of two things: The game being perfect in every way and definitely functioning well or your internet going funky.

PS4 has a recording functionality that you can have set to record the past 2 hours.

No the game isn't hacked. Take off your tinfoil hat.
By "functioning well" it's this lovely thing called sarcasm. They mean the game I'd riddled with bugs, console optimisation is shocking, and being kicked isn't that weird.
Hell, I used to get kicked all the time on pc because EAC hated something I was doing (still does but less frequently). I got kicked because I had flashy pretty colours on my headset and apparently I was cheating.
The game's pretty scuffed for everyone, that's just a fact we have to accept.
And how tf did you manage to make it to a 6 hour penalty? These are reserved for, like, criminal levels of dcs.

Anyways, it's a good thing your ban is 6 hours, you're clearly pissed off and not listening to anyone here.
So take a break, take a nap, do some sit ups, push ups, go workout, do some pullups.
But a 6 hour ban ensures me you've been DC'ing a crap ton for the past 24 hours.

Nobody was trying to hack you or your servers. Yes, right now people can get into the servers and it's terrifying, but your cloud id should be safe with you and you'll be unaffected. The game is bugged, its just something we have to deal with.
And people should care about your 6 hour penalty, because it shows you've been dcing, since there's no other way to get a penalty that high. It has nothing to do with you going afk, that's what afk crows are for. It was either an Internet hiccup, a server hiccup, or a hardware hiccup, since console optimisation needs severe work. Again take off your tinfoil hat.

You're clearly frustrated. Play something else for a day as the penalties reset, and then come back. It's not your fault you were kicked but make the most of a ######### situation and relax as best you can.

You can set the ps4 to record upto the last 15 minutes. Everyone is asking about the 6 hours ban you have to accumulate alot of disconnects to get that high on a ban. Your internet most likely dropped out and you got kicked, or you have a problem with the disconnects and have accumulated enough to get a 6 hour ban.

Just in a match, maybe 5mins in. I just unhooked someone, got hit by huntress then got to a gen with someone else already on it, soon after I started repairing, I get kicked out for being idle?
Although ban for searching for 5mins.
