How would you create a Early Game Collapse?
How i would do it
My Idea:
-In the Map all Pallets are dropped & for the first 60 Seconds during this Survivors can pull up pallets & killers can break pallets.
-During the EGC all generators are done 10%
-After the EGC all pallets that are still dropped will be put in its upright position.
Perk Changes:
Hex:Blood Favor:Once the EGC is completed all pallets that were not picked by survivors will be blocked for 60/90/120 Seconds.
Ruin:No Longer a Hex,Hitting a survivor causes the Gen they last touched to regress at 100/150/200%(Cooldown 30 Seconds)
By Any Mean Nesscary:Pick pallets up 80/90/100% faster during EGC

your idea makes little to no sense to me.. if all generators were 10% during early-game, it'd lead to a lot of confusion and way too much power in the survivor's hands, because they could easily spread out and massage the gens into higher percentages to get them done faster by the time the main game come around.
also! the pallets wouldn't exactly make sense either. having all of them dropped early could easily have them shredded through by chainsaw killers, demogorgon, nurse, etc., brutal strength would have too much power during a time like that. you'd end up with less pallets way too early. putting them back up in their upright position afterwards wouldn't make a difference. ^^'
the ruin changes would be nice, but i don't think it should be only an EGC thing, nor should i think that it should be a normal perk, it would need to remain a hex.
blood favor wouldn't exactly be as useful because of the ability for killers to shred through pallets early game, or survivors just not using the pallets at all.
i don't really have any changes to offer, only criticism, because some of this isn't really ideal. ^^'

My idea is completely different. All survivors start the trial in the dying state, and get a free UB to pick themselves up. (they'll go directly to healthy from dying) The survivors will be on the map from their POV, but the killer cannot see them and the survivors cannot move until everyone has gotten up. The killer can use this extra time to break breakable walls, get a general feel of which loops are where, and set up traps depending on the killer they are playing.

Survivors can choose to do Gens & later have less pallets in the rest of the game,or they could try save some pallets which means they are not doing gens.

Simplest fix is to make Corrupt Intervention basekit and rework the perk into something else. DONE.

That would be far too strong on already powerful killers.
