Weakest - Trickster, if counting add-ons. Without add-ons it's Trapper easily.

Strongest - Nurse. literally no counterplay when you go against their mains.

(Though after so many hours playing this game I've run into a few ultra-sweat squads as Myers. I don't usually run good addons so maybe that kinda skews my opinion but getting out of T1 and having to sit around staring at them while their friends slam generators on the other end of Yamaoka is just brutal. Myers is pretty bad without crazy addons. Legion is also terrible. Pig you can at least stack gen delay with traps and play as a normal M1 killer.)

The weakest for me is Trapper and Clown.
Strongest for me is Spirit And Nurse.

Strongest- Nurse (with spirit slightly behind)
Weakest- Pig due to lack of end game, no chase game, and rng can screw you regardless of your skill. Rng is generally a weakness in most games

Spirit is more reliable and consistent since she has less bugs and no real bad maps, but is heavily counted by Iron Will
Nurse has the best mobility and lethality in the game, how ever indoor maps can be quite hard to deal with

A 110 killer whose power is slow and unresponsive, making it insanely hard for him to pressure any survivor near a loop with high walls.
Strongest: Nurse.
Under ideal play, Nurse can't be run from nor looped. A master Nurse will down anyone she catches, and fast.

Trickster is the weakest and Nurse is the strongest. The fact that a lot of people picked these exact 2 killers should tell you something.

Weakest: I don't really know. Because in my opinion, every killer has at least 1 are or moment where the killer can be really good. But if I have to pick, I would say Trapper or Trickster.

Weakest: It depends, if we’re talking no add ons then maybe Trapper or Pig? With add-ons, I’d say the weakest is Trickster
Strongest: Nurse of course. A good Nurse can essentially ignore all survivor defences. If you get good with her then you basically stop playing Dead by daylight. You instead start playing the Nurse spin off game where you slaughter the survivors easily every game.

Weakest:myers. Starts at 105% takes 20 seconds to get out of tier 1. Tier 2 doesn't even really do anything. And tier 3 you can loop since he's a m1 killer.
Strongest:obviously nurse.

Dunno why people place Trapper below Trickster. Trapper at the very least is 115%. Secondly, he can lock an area down effectively, though it does matter on map and gen spawn.
Weakest in my book would be Trickster, obviously. He's a 110% killer that's punished for using his power. Twins would be second.
Nurse is obviously the strongest, but the skill needed to get there is long. So, I'd say Spirit, as it's easier to dominate.
