Wraith debate: Coxcombed clapper or bone clapper? Which is better?

So, both of these addons are the Wraith's strongest addons. The ultra rare one makes you silent when hitting your bell so you can uncloak silently and the bone clapper makes the sound map wide and non directional. The bone clapper also makes it to where the survivors cannot hear how far you are when hitting the bell.
The reason I want to put this up for debate is one, entertainment, and two, I am genuinely curious.
So here is my take on this: I believe that the coxcombed clapper is superior because instead of giving survivors a warning as to when you are about to uncloak, it takes any warning away which should almost always result in a hit if you know what you are doing.
The bone clapper is also a very good addon too because it can actually make survivors VERY paranoid if you are good at Wraith. I have used both of these addons and they are definitely my most favorite ones.
I choose the coxcombed clapper over the bone clapper because the bone clapper, while it is still an amazing addon, doesn't give survivors any sort of warning. You can at least know (probably) when the Wraith is using his power or not.
It can still be up for debate though since I don't fully understand how good the distortion or disruption from the bone clapper is. Remember, the sound is map wide so survivors healing or repairing gens might get a little spooked. Combined with the "The Ghost" addon this can really put survivors on edge.

Bone clapper is better on some playstyles like jumpscare wraith imo since survivors start to respect EVERYTIME they hear the bell. Like i ran it with dead mans switch and rang the bell halfway across the map and everyone hopped off the gen had 3 gens blocked for 45 seconds. Sometimes the act of giving a warning is more terrifying then not giving one at all and it disrupts the survivors flow so well.

I have actually tried using the bone clapper with DMS, I only got it to work twice. It was very disappointing.

Huh well guess it won't work everytime. But either way it gives slight disruptions that you didn't even intend. I think one time i was chasing another survivor and saw 2 survivors healing with nurses. I rang the bell and they scattered so i downed the guy i was chasing and hooked him. Delayed their healing and ended up getting one of them right afterword.

Bone Clapper makes people paranoid and eventually gets you free hits, Coxcombed Clapper just straight up gives you free hits.

But do you happen to know how useful survivors being paranoid is?

Not very. Not unless you're going against bad survivors. I find Bone Clapper to be a little annoying but it doesn't really stop me from doing anything.

Really you don't hop off that gen incase that wraith could either round that corner and pull you off or be halfway across the map chasing a survivor?

hmmm have you gone against a really good Wraith with the bone clapper before though? A good Wraith is always keeping his chases short and switching off target to target, this becomes very powerful with the bone clapper and can cause survivors to be paranoid, or have you just not experienced this before?

No, I don't, because I usually know the general area that the killer is in, because like any good survivor I use various info perks that I like to cycle between, and general map awareness, and those few times I don't I still get the warning to look around and so if the wraith is coming at me I won't get grabbed.
Whereas Coxcomb Clapper is just a free hit and/or even a grab.

I have, I just don't fall to paranoia very much because of info perks, game awareness and the fact that there's no chance I'll be grabbed from a gen because there's a big warning to look around.

They both do the same thing really, letting you confirm the first hit for free. But the Bone Clapper has some utility in how it can make survivors paranoid.
I'd say Bone Clapper is better, especially when it's a yellow add-on.

Both are solid, but I prefer the Coxcombed Clapper. Using line of sight blockers to hide your approach and then using the Clapper should guarantee a hit, if not a gen grab.
