New killers has multiple reflections and the face is different in each one

I see that you are ignoring the Spirit, she's probably the sickest killer in DBD if I had to be honest. Additionally, they brought in licenced killers as well (which are also cool), I don't see how they are less interesting.

Aside from the masks i think he sure looks likke the bland hobo/drugdealer whos gonna stab you in a dark alley.
The design probably feels bland because we compare him to the other rather unrealistically designed killers without context of his new ability.

I hope its not an impersonator/shapeshifter killer,  those would only work with something like madness to make every survivor look random for everyone else..... or maybe the same.

If its the 'multiple bodies' killer, i guess the hell ember from Identity V might be a good example....

If that does turn out to be Mr. Bland's angle, it sounds like a "Jack of all trades, master of none" type of deal. Depending on what boons each personality would have, could be fun and challenging trying to master him. Hopefully he'll at least have decent cosmetics.

To me it looks like 1 killer 4 personalities with 4 different powers or 1 power that gets stronger as the game progresses. My guess is every hook it gets stronger, maybe having to hook different survivors and not the same one over and over. It would be a good anti camp/tunnel mechanic with the new killer forcing him to find different survivors.

I'm guessing four different powers. The tally on the side corresponds to each appearance of his personalities, and I'm guessing they're named in the same order that they appear in the mirror.

New killer has the power to do gens and escape. Ez wins ez life.

You weren't just speculating. You speculated it might be X, then immediately judged the content based on your speculation, rhetorically asking if the devs had thought about the repercussions of the Killer power you made up.
TL;DR: You were judging unreleased content based on your speculation of what it'll be like.

IIRC, since the Nurse, all Killers have followed a female-male pattern. Last Killer was female, so this one is probably male.

So am I the only one waiting for the actual release so all this speculation goes away shesh your judging the character by looks maby there backstory is more indepth and there maps a ski lodge so i dunno the clothing and weapon fit for a killer in a wilderness setting in the cold and his clothing is designed for stealth in dark shadowing areas like inside the lodge so stop judging and speculating and wait for the release and give it a month of play before making conclusions about them or if they was made lazily

Same reason people say kate's outfit is tomb raider plagiarism. Because regular jackets and things are generic. Simple. Doesnt mean its gonna be a bad design. But it's common clothing...
