Add a Pink Offering for all killers enables mic

Consider adding a pink or above Offering for all killers’ bloodweb that gives them a collective 15-30 seconds of push to talk. I think it would make some real moments without allowing the game to be super toxic the whole match.

  While I do like the idea I think this would be used for quite bad reasons. It would be fun though I worry about people using it for vulgarity.
