Overwhelming Presence
Did anyone just... forget that this perk ever existed? I've never heard anyone mention this perk, like, EVER. It's one of Doc's 3 teachables.
It seems like a very situational perk but also an interesting one. However, compared to Franklin's, it's pretty mediocre. It also seems useless after everyone's items deplete. What do you guys think? Did you forget this perk existed as well?

It is an extremely forgettable perk that requires other perks, add-ons and a lot of luck to be even slightly useful.

If people remembered the perk instills would be spelled properly.
It would be cool if it decreased an item's charges over time instead of on use. Survivors going for a flashlight save might work but at that point why not run Lightborn? I'm in the killer's radius and I see the diamond icon on my HUD. Now's the best time to use my toolbox or med kit!
Hmm.

That would be WAY better tbh, but it might make Franklin's useless if that were the case.

Doesn't the Trapper have this same perk or something similar? I recognize the name but have never played as the Doctor. Either way yes, I remember it as being kind of lame. I think Trapper's is different though, I remember it as being something about "40 percent smaller skill check zone" or something. Actually that doesn't sound TOO bad, but I think it was another "within terror zone radius" thing which made its practical use pretty minimal.

trapper has a perk for smaller skillcheks i dont remember the name of it tho

Yeah, it's uh... Unnerving Presence I believe. Both of them are terror radius-based perks, and both have similar names. It's a pretty mediocre perk but it's fun if you're playing the classic skill check Doc.

Ah right right, Unnerving Presence. Sorry about the confusion, I didn't realize that there were two different perks with such interchangeable names.

It's a decent counter against medkits cause even losing a single charge is enough for a standert medkit to not be able to fully heal you anymore.
That's the only use i can think off
It's a pretty underwhelming presence tbh

Compared to Franklin's and Lightborn it's obsolete. At one point when toolboxes had between 80-180 charges I'm sure it had some utility but it tragically needs a rework tbh.
