Why Pig Has Not Theme Music?
Saw has one of the best soundtrack and theme music. Piggy is silent killer, so music can not work with TR. But it can work when you have trap on your head. You will hear only this music when you have trap on your head. So you will lose all sounds with trap. After you untrap yourself music will gone.
I wish devs would add this icon music.

Because the license didn't give them any. Back before Demo, the only licensed killer with unique music was Myers. Freddy still doesn't, and neither does Leatherface.

Tbf BHVR were able to make their own cosmetics for pig and Tapp so I don’t think licenseing is an issue here

BHVR was not rich and strong when they add Freddy, Leatherface, Piggy and Myers. Only Myers has theme music and possibly they didnt wanted pay so much for other licenses. But they are not baby BHVR anymore, they are strong company and DbD is strong game. I know that is so late for add music for Piggy but if i would see, that would be wonderful.

Well, the licenses all likely gave them permission for the original cosmetics. Same with any original cosmetic for any licensed character.

their license agreement most likely didnt include the music, otherwise im sure they'd have done exactly that.
i would absolutely not mind having it in though, it would even make for a cool menu theme (if they could remix it with the standart DbD theme ofc)!

I hope all characters get themes at some point. Shame that Bubba didn't get his themes when his rework update released in 2020.

From what I understand with this particular track the composer is super stingy with rights and wouldn't lend them out anyway. That's what I heard anyway. But yeah this would be epic.

Music rights are different, and much more complicated, than likeness rights. There are all kinds of albums that haven't been re-released because the entire band doesn't agree on giving permission, thousands of songs that are yanked from Youtube immediately because the copyright holder doesn't want them there, TV shows that have never been put on disc because the episodes had lots of music in them, etc. Even the WWE, when they released twenty years' worth of old content on dvd back in the early 2000s, replaced most of the original wrestlers' theme music with generic new stuff produced by the company because they didn't want to pay the original composer for the rights.

Yes! This would be amazing.
But gaining the rights to use music is rather difficult from what I hear.
I'm not sure if it could be done, or even if the rights holders would allow it, anyway.
I guess we can still dream though.

Omg this is perfect. I really wanna see this in game. Also like Haddonfield, The Game map can start with this music.
