Unpopular matchmaking opinion
I feel like matchmaking was more consistent before they had even tried to tamper with a new mmr system. Like it would have its moments but overall was consistent for me.

I don't know. I didn't find the matchmaking before to be really better. People can get to red ranks as long as they play enough.
The shame is that at least until now, the matchmaking doesn't seem to have gotten better. That's at least my impression so far.

Agreed.
Now it is absolute trash. I do not want to be matched with another survivor 14 or 15 ranks lower than me

I agree. The matchmaking is just so inconsistent and random now.

The new MMR system they are gonna add to the game will likely make the game less fun for everybody

I feel like what really messed it up was when they changed rank reset. That's when crap got real bad

Matchmaking was decent when rank reset was 10 ranks down. Now red ranks are flooded with bad survivors who belong in green/yellow ranks. The quality of solo survivor matches has sunk a lot because of that.

Yes that is true. Before the change the people that weren't that good would really only reach red ranks shortly before reset again. But after the change they were quickly back at red ranks. Shame they made that change.

Matchmaking before they started working on mmr was always wack. Late at night I got brand new players. Like really?
