Have anyone notice how often key's are dropping after all kill chapter came out?

Im asking is this a intended by devs or its just another annoying bug?

If this is intended... devs didn't you guys say that you gonna nerf keys?

  Yes it's a bug. Survivors basically have free Plunderer's Instinct so they get higher rarity stuff.
