Fixing myers is very simple
There should only be 2 levels of his power.
Why does he have to stalk people just to get base movement speed and lunge of all other killers? He automatically starts every game behind. And he doesn't have some other power like nurse etc to make up for the slow speed and stubby arms.
He should stalk people to get tier 3 - tier 2 should be base kit.
What justification is there to give survivors such a huge head start when playing as myers?

well, thats obvious... first of all dont forget about tier 1 is his stealth mode, which is pretty wide aspect of myers.
2nd is, of course that no other killer is insta down without having any downsides
oh wait out w+m2 bubba,buut lets dont mind that
well, at least noone is 310 and can deny litterally any loop just by his ab

Ghostface can expose pretty easily

Ghost Face does exactly this, but for one survivor at a time.
Removing Tier I would just make Myers an AoE Ghost Face.

His "stealth mode" is almost utterly useless. Nobody uses it except they are forced to, to get to tier 2 which is when he can actually start playing it. Unless you're doing some kind of tier1 only myers game which is troll af and not a serious strategy.

Who doesn't love Jump Scare Myers? It's honestly the most interesting and fun build in the game. It's the only time I get my friends to actually scream in KYF.

mirror+any building map is maybe not op but, man, thats good. indefinite WH is damn bad in any situation

Scratched Mirror Myers is the most fun thing to play. Well, until you try to swipe someone who isn't stepping on your toes
Ghostface can have unlimited stalking / exposing of survivors?
I play Myers and I'm fine with the 3 tier system (although given his snail pace at tier 1, I do wish his lunge was better).
You really should have to earn the exposure tier 3 brings & tier 1 with undetectable status lets you get on the trail of survivors easily

Myers is 2nd worst killer in the game next to trickster.
I'm assuming if you are defending his current design and offer no suggestions to make him better you are fine with him being bad and a secret surviver main

EW1 is very good for stealth and often it helps Myers by allowing him to get an early grab, or just to find survivors earlier than most other killers. Also it's part of what makes him unique.

Id make 2 changes to him
1. Give him ability to multi stalk at once
2. Remove stalking max on a survivor.
This would.make him a lot better honestly
