Attempting to perform an instant teleport hit will sometimes result in The Hag attempting to place a trap rather than attacking.
To reproduce, play Hag and go for instant hits.
It has only happen to me once, but I've seen others run into this issue as well.
Bug occurs at 4:27 in this video (not much to look at, but there ya go).

Happened to me few times without realizing it was a bug. I thought that I misslicked placing traps button.
