Anyone else's mouse lag after closing the game?

That feeling when you wish to take a break from the game and it still ######### you over by making your mouse unusable for the next 30 seconds after closing by making it super laggy... nice.
Typically happens when I ALT+F4 and then exit the game from the prompt.
