Nurse Tips

Have 20-30 games with her and can 4k against bad purple ranks, but get destroyed against OoO SWFs with full meta builds, losing 2-3 gens with my first down despite having corrupt and constantly switching targets whenever i can.

Ive gotten a hang of blinking far distances to right infront of survivors (most my hits are from long distance first blinks), but struggle when survivors run towards me or dead hard. In loops with little LOS, shack and buildings, i would often drop the chase cause i just suck especially against iron will. The only two maps im comfortable with are autohaven and meat plant, i suck at glenvale especially on the side with loads of bushes and walls.

Does moving my camera mid blink change the distance? Tips to shorten a fully charge blink with right amount? How to deal against 360s or dead hard right after your blink?

Dead hard is more or less a 3rd healstate against nurse.

Look for SupaAlf's yt video on nurse.

Firstly, if you're going with the one blink one hit mentality that's one way to lose blinks to 360/DH/LoS breakers etc. Use your first blink to position yourself and the second to hit. 1 blink hits are good since there's almost no fatigue but a miss swing will cost you way more than the fatigue from the second blink.

As for DH, there is so much you can do... Sorry but DH is VERY OP against Nurse. Try to memorize who has it and try to bait it by blinking close to the person then charging up the second and let go into fatigue so he'll DH and you're at a blink distance.

If the survivor is GOOD against Nurse and has DH to play with It's YOUR time to be unpredictable. Go for 1 blink swings into 2 blink swings into delayed blinks or delayed swings, the survivor must not "learn" how you're going to play 'cause if he does it He'll bait your swing into DH every single time.

For shortening blink distances you just need to know your normal blink distance and look down to the position you WOULD be if not fully charged. It takes time but you'll get it.

If gens are flying by I can almost guarantee to you that you're wasting too much time in chases. With Nurse is really hard to measure time since She won't bloodlust and her power doesn't seem that much of a time consuming thing but with 2-3 missed swing and blinks you'll probably have wasted more than 20s.

If double backs are a problem to you, learn to go for "1st blink -> charging the second -> forcing fatigue (just hold m2)". If the survivor is just a double backer (not a double-double-backer) he'll run right into you and by the time you get out of fatigue You'll have 2 blinks to get him and he will be at a blink distance.

Thight corners, shack, LoS breakers etc. You'll need to give up on the "hit on first blink" mentality right away. If you've lost LoS You have to measure the distance that the survivor got and from there do 2 things:

    a) if he's at a blink distance you need to blink WHERE you've lost LoS and use the second one to adjust and hit the survivor. You need to learn the chained blink windows so you can adress your surroundings before going for the second one. One of the most used juke is to go to a corner and hold CTRL so the Nurse won't have any LoS from the survivor when she blinks, learn to do quick flicks so search the area.

    b) if the survivor got TOO much distance, is better to use your first blink to cut them 'cause even if they double back you won't loose too much distance as if they only held w.

There's a lot more to say but go for SupaAlf's video and play more of her, you'll need a lot of time behind her to trully get the grip of her power.
