cant seem to get stab wound study addon for legion.
I have never seen it on a bloodweb, or heard of it until dowseys recent vid today. am I just unlucky or is it exceptionally rare?

It's a very rare addon so naturally it will rarely appear on the bloodweb especially if your legion is lower leveled. Couple that with some bad luck and yes maybe you will be unlucky enough to not find one. Or lucky. Cause the add-on is bad anyways.

I guess if you're gonna be doing that one meme build it'll help with that. Honestly forgot that existed. If you're level 40 though then it's not too uncommon that you wouldn't have run into one yet. I've had a few cases where I haven't found one of every add-on by the time I've hit level 50. It happens.
I will apologize for somewhat coming off like a dick though. Not in my best mood today.

Id honestly wish theyd rework franks mixtape so each chain stab in a row to survivors takes an additional 25% off. So if the legion stabs each survivor once the 4th goes down instantly. Then stab wound study takes 1 off (because it reduces the dw timer) So legion instadowns the 3rd and maybe 4th if their outpositioned. Its 2 very rares.

The only reason you should take it is that when they eventually rework it you have a couple to test in the ptb
