Making No Mither at least Moderately Useful
Right now, No Mither needs to just be completely removed and David given a completely new perk in its place. The Devs have stated they were afraid to buff No Mither because they didn't want it to become overused, but it can be modified to be useful while still retaining that high-risk gameplay. The biggest issue is that No Mither generates a massive red flag on you without giving you any real benefit because 99.9% of killers will tunnel you down because you are an easy target. Currently No Mither does:
You suffer from the Broken Status effect the entire match.
- Bleeding is suppressed at all times.
- When injured or dying, Grunts of Pain are reduced by 0/25/50 %.
- You can completely recover from the Dying State
My suggested change would be:
When you become Injured for the first time, you are afflicted with the Broken Status Effect permanently. (Removes the giant 'red flag' at the start of the match, so you don't get immediately tunneled down. While this does remove functionality with Injured perks like Resilience; the changes make it a little more useful and you at least can survive to either have more time to help with normal gameplay; or get some use out of the perk's benefits after being injured and losing the killer/getting unhooked, etc.)
- You do not leave blood strains. Additionally, you gain 50/75/100% additional bloodpoints in the Boldness category, awarded post-match.
- While in the dying state, your grunts of pain are reduced by 50/75/100 % (This stops it from overlapping with Iron Will; because IW does not silence your dying groans)
- You can recover from Exhaustion while sprinting. (No longer overlaps with UB, and gives you something more useful - because no killer is going to slug someone with a big Broken flag on them, knowing they can just get back up...)

Recovering from the exhaustion effect while running is too powerful. Put this with Vigil, in the hand of a good looper, you would take so much Dead Hard or Sprint Burst that you will have nightmares of it.
BUT, you can tweak the thing by doing that :
You recover from the exhaustion at a 15/20/25% rate of the normal recovery speed. (The max rate would be 50%, or it would be OP af).
I also want No Mither to actually rewards good loopers, without being totally overwhelming (like, if it is better to only have one health state and No Mither than having two health states, it would be a problem, No Mither should be a very hard perk to use).

This seems like a good idea. By the way, 50% recovery of most exhaustion perks means that any max level exhaustion from perks would deteriorate in 60 seconds
