Why does the blood web give me the trash perks first then the good ones later.
It never fails i keep getting useless perks in my bloodweb like for example zanshins tactics, beast of prey, blood hound, premonition, dejavu, and etc. When i see the good perks I get them only at level one or two then it goes back to giving me the trash perks at level 3 like cmmon man like i dont want those.

Because the bloodweb is dumb and its stupid and I hate it, and it hates me.

To be honest, when you consider that a majority of perks are barely used (due to being relatively underpowered), it's statistically likely that the first perks that come up on your bloodweb won't be the top ones.

i dont get it either. i just want botany knowledge (a perk that isnt even that good) but it still takes 50 bloodwebs to get it. 50 extra if you want to get it to level 3

I’ve noticed this too. It will almost always give you the exact same group of crappy perks over and over no matter how many good perks you have unlocked.
