reworking meme perks
Idk if devs are gonna listen to me, well I have 2 k hours and my perk changes aren't hyperbolic and can actually help the game, see if it works.
Distortion: Duration increased to 15/ 20/ 25 seconds
Poised: Also gain information of the progress of the generators in 15 meters (Change of colour)
Buckle up: Aura reveal increased to 7/ 9/ 11 seconds
Camaraderie: When the killer is within 5 meters the hook progress bar stops
No mither: Start the game in healthy state.
Babysitter: Increase duration to 6/8/10 seconds
Up the ante: Decrease the debuff effect duration as well (For example hindred)
This is not happening: Also slightly increase the progress gained by hitting perfect skill check (Maybe 1%?)
Quick and quiet: Also increase vaulting speed by 3%
Thats it, not big changes but at least the perk will be viable.
Also you are gonna get more money because everyone will be buying steve for camaraderie

Quick and Quiet isn't a meme perk. People run it all the time with other chase-losing perks and locker perks like Deception, Dance With Me, and Head On.
The No Mither change is fantastic (broadcasting that you have the perk is No Mither's greatest downside), and I like This Is Not Happening increasing great skill check gains, but the rest don't really change much? They're weak perks because their effects are weak. Increasing the duration of aura reads doesn't make them more viable; they need to do what they do better. Take Babysitter - it's a perk that encourages the killer to go after you and helps the unhooked player get away. Maybe make it so that if the person with Babysitter gets hit within the next 15 seconds, the unhooked player gains a health state. More aura read on the killer doesn't change that Babysitter is just a worse version of Borrowed Time.
Distortion, I think would be more viable if its tokens could regenerate or be gained back. Though new OoO horns in on its territory pretty hard. And Buckle Up needs some benefit focused on healing dying players. The aura read isn't particularly useful on that perk; either the killer is far away and the pickup is safe, or they're coming for you and you didn't need to be told that. Perhaps if you pick up a dying player with Buckle Up, you both gain the Endurance status effect for 10 seconds? And Poised giving information on other generators is a good idea, but 15 meters isn't going to help; how often does another gen spawn within 15 meters of the one you're on? Unless you're saying this works within 15 meters of you? But if you're 15 meters from a gen, you can probably hear its sounds and see the piston progress, so it's a bit redundant. I could see Poised working by giving you a Sprint Burst every time you finish a gen (which would make it a good tool for committing in a killer's face, and give it viability there), or perhaps an aura read similar to Detective's Hunch. Maybe instead of locating map items, it'll give you a brief read on your teammates and the killer?
The Camaraderie idea is awesome, and an anti-facecamp perk could become meta, but 5 meters isn't wide enough for it to matter. I think no matter what, killers that want to camp will wait just outside the radius, but if you make the radius wide enough, it'll give room for saves to actually happen. Still, that means we're talking at least 15m.

these reworks are terrible, lemme tell you how to improve most of these perks in a more efficient way:
-Buckle up: Heal survivors in the dying state 15/20/25% faster. If you are in the dying state, the same effects of buckle up will apply to you (your teammates will be able to see how much you have recovered, they will heal you faster). This next change might be a bit overkill but it gives teammates the endurance status effect for 4 seconds when you pick them up
-Poised: You also don't leave pools of blood and make no grunts of pain
-Babysitter: The survivor doesn't leave any scratch marks or pools of blood until they perform an action. They also don't make any grunts of pain
-This is not happening: Increase the skill check bonus to 30/35/40% and make it work when youre in the killers terror radius, not just injured
-Distortion: You can get tokens back by staying in the killers terror radius while not in a chase for 40 seconds
-Camaraderie: You can press the active ability button to pause your hook timer instead of having a survivor come to you. Works in any hook stage

Vigil already decreases debuff durations.

These are perks that don't really need reworks though. I don't know what it is with this community but not every "bad" perk has to be reworked to be S-tier. The perks are fine, they're just niche. You can still run them and escape.
