Survivor fun...
They always talk about survivor fun. What about killer fun? This has been my whole evening, matched up with red rank swf. I can't get better at the game if all the gens pop 4 mins into the match. It'd be nothing if it was one match, but its match after match. I'm tempted to just stand in the corner and let them finish gens just so I can pip down. It's not a matter of fun really, it's a matter of fair.

Like I dont think I'm a terrible killer. But jeez its impossible to get good with a killer you're trying to pick up if you're only against try hards. There is nothing to learn from that. I was close to ripping a phone book in half.

Killer fun? That is an oxymoron.
Jokes aside matchmaking can be unbalanced and frustrating. I'm a rank 10-6 killer myself and I get a lot of lobbies of nothing but red.
Not all matches are horrible tho. Yes some are really sweaty swf groups and those are exhausting but not all red ranks are god at the game. I'm usually a red rank survivor (solo) and I have no idea how I end up there oxo I'm not very good at this game hahahaha.
I'm not sure if pipping down is the answer. Just keep doing your best as killer. If you get burnt out switch to survivor! DBD isn't really known for being a 'fair'. That is just something I have accepted and it makes for a more enjoyable experience ^^

yeah but if and it's a big if they ever get MMR working right this will be less of an issue but I'm not holding my breath

Survivors make up 4/5s of their customers. The devs are going to consider their fun priority unfortunately.

What do you think the RE chapter is for? To hook a bunch of new players to play killer. Then once they realize how the game is they will leave and the devs will come out with another half baked killer to repeat the process. Literally all a chapter is good for is boosting the player basis for a week.
