New Patch Notes, Lucky Break Nerfed, Twins Nerfed.
Lucky Break was nerfed to last for 45 seconds.
Twins nerf went through to Live, I honestly can't believe it, will have to see what "move during cooldown means." If it's full speed, it's fine, if not...less fine.

Twins are boring and annoying to go against, take it as you will.

They're letting Victor move after a successful pounce though which is potentially pretty huge depending on if he's at full move speed or not. This could actually be an overall buff.
Also huge props to Behaviour for the pleasant surprise change with an obsession being in every match now, regardless of perks. That's a huge change.

If Lucky Break goes live the way it was on the PTB, then no, it was *not* nerfed. Yes it only lasts 90 seconds, but it now hides scratch marks as well as blood. This is far from a nerf.

For once that there could be a slight change of the meta with lucky break, yet again they proved themselves to be too scared to take the risk

What could have been a potentially nice meta change now is just a niche perk that somehow is worse than before the ptb. Sucks but the same people wanting lucky break nerfed will most likely continue to complain about how "Survivor meta perks haven't changed in forever."

Lucky Break was made a bit more fair.
We'll see how allowing Victor to move during successful pounce works.
Also nice to see a lot of the bugs fixed. Including Breakdown, Pallet Stuns (hopefully for real this time) and rare spawns.

Yeah, I saw that after posting lol. The article had 2 links and one showed the pre-nerf version. 45 seconds is a big drop, but I think it’ll still be fun to use.

Wish they had made it so that Lucky Break only lasted like 10/12/15 seconds but let it reset after you get healed.

45 seconds is much better. Still think it's gonna be good paired with iron will, really hope this update goes well!! Also I'm glad they fixed the chest bug.

Make your choice change, am I reading it right? So now if I'm a survivor across the map and someone screams while unhooking a survivor I'll hear it and know the killer is running make your choice?

It's not obvious to me why they'd nerf The Twins, but I guess we'll have to see how that turns out...
On the other hand, Lucky Break needed a bit of a nerf. To me, being almost entirely undetectable for 90 seconds is a big ask, especially for weaker killers to deal with.

Ikr lol I thought for sure they would tweak them to something a bit more fun. I get he don't need any but just looking for something that for one works and two is interesting. As for LB 90 Secs was def too much but I was hoping they kept the perk alive at least. Exactly what @indieeden7 said would have good or at least different and worth trying. Hell might have ended up being more powerful who know but now what if you lucky and bring best medkit you can get 2-3 uses best case. Assuming you lose the killer instant 3 times.

As for LB, I have mixed feelings towards it, but @indieeden7 suggestion is really good.

Exactly. I have to assume the change means he slowly slides like after a missed pounce. But knowing bhvr we'll have Victor down a survivor and when another goes to try kick him he'll just pull a roadrunner.

The reality is that the PTB Lucky Break was insanely unbalanced. Even @ 45 seconds it’s a strong perk and will give you a free escape in the vast majority of scenarios. Also it can still be used as a get out of jail free card 2 times in many cases. When Luck Break was @ 90 seconds, some builds could keep it available for nearly the entire match. In conjunction with Iron Will and exhaustion perks, it was far too much power for far too little effort.

why would they make him move at full speed after a down? that wouldn't really make much sense at all. this is overall a flat, unnecessary nerf unless they, for some reason, make him move completely fine after downing someone lolll
