Rancid Abattoir narrow basement stairs

How was overlooked in the map design? I thought all basement stairs were kept wide to avoid this issue. Killers can bodyblock making it impossible to rescue or even just trap survivors inside indefinitely.

Someone else already mentioned this in the PTB feedback. Killer went afk blocking them inside. https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/242986/basement-in-rancid-abattoir

Just do gens and escape for free... like any thinking person would do <3. Honestly I don't have issue with camping or stuff, because killer throws a game if they do so.

Definitely an oversight. I thought they were copy pasta'ing the same tile for the basement. That would've avoided the issue altogether.

@PantlessMyers I would agree on this if it wasn't map made out of completely new assets. It looks like intended design, or the person putting it there was just not aware of non blockable stairs policy - if so, why are they even allowed to touch the maps?.

Twins are nerf'd btw and definitely aren't just used to camp.
