With NOED now being Exposed for all levels, will cleansing dull totems begin to count towards PIPs?

Just wondering if there is discussion about dull totems now counting towards our PIP\Emblems as NOED is an exposed status at all levels. This may give all team members incentive to cleanse totems instead of searching for one at the end .

    Hex totems count as 50 points towards Lightbringer, so a dull totem should be 25.

    Oh I know hex ones count but when the emblem system came out, dull ones were omitted. I also run small game but I'm getting tired of doing totems and losing on gen time and therefore just black pipping just so everyone else can escape

    Do you really need an incentive to take 14 seconds out of your time to cleanse that dull totem you just passed by? They're not going to give you any incentives or beg you to cleanse those dull totems because in the end it's for your own benefit and you can't blame anyone but yourself if you go down to noed.

    ...why be angry? All I am saying is, the devs are pleased and encourage other actions within game other than gens, so all I am asking is if these actions can count towards the emblem system. It's not a question of the 14 seconds for a totem. It's the constant running around the map looking for them with small game, hoping to not be spotted, all the while your teammates are doing gens because gens grant emblem progression. This isn't a toxic or angry topic at all, so again, why come at it that way? By the by, I'm not a survivor main I'm 50\50. And the killer side of me also welcomes this as it helps slow the game down. So if you are a killer main you should want this , and if you're a survivor main, you should want  this. It's an easy fix to kill NOED and as a killer it's a welcome change since ruin goes down immediately anyway.

    @EntityDispleased
    14 secs for each totem plus the time you run from one totem to another.
    This change would benefit many killer mains who complain about genrushing.

    I’d very much appreciate it contributing to Lightbringer.

    Yeah it might take a while for one survivor to cleanse the totems, but there's the same problem with gens, theres four survivors. By your own logic FOUR of the totems would be cleasend in 14 seconds, completely nullify a killers perk for almost non effort from the survivors.

    Ok let's assume that all 4 survivors will look for totems (huehue), that would still counter genrush. They need to look for them, cleanse them, 1 or 2 would need to leave them because killer is getting closer, etc...

    I think upping the BP gained so people see that big number would be more incentive.

    This could also help.

    You can't buff these too much, otherwise NOED becomes worthless. I get that a lot of people want that but until survivors lose all their crutch perks NOED needs to stay.
