Jake's Puff on Plaid torso erroneously places charms lower than normal.
yeah i know, what a game-breaker
PC
It seems like charms get moved exclusively depending on what torso you're wearing, so that shorter tops connect charms to your belt loop and longer tops adjust them so that they don't cover them up.
Images provided show Golden Stag, a longer sweater, correctly displaying charms just below the bottom of the sweater. Then Stolen Garment, a short vest correctly displaying charms along the belt line. And finally, Puff on Plaid, a short puffed vest roughly the same length as Stolen Garment, despite displaying charms in the same location as longer torsos like Golden Stag and even his default torso.

This could be intended. The first image the charm could be dangling from the very bottom of the torso and same goes for the 2nd image it is on the very bottom of the torso the 3rd one however is clipped on the pants and not the torso.

Charms aren't based on the pants, they always move based on the tops. If you wear Jakes long "Sullen Ronin" shirt, it places the charms towards the front because the shirt is so long on all sides.
