I think they just hinted a new Legendary Skin for Plague...
Or at the very least hinted that Lady Dimitrescu will be in the RE chapter in some way.
She is supposed to be over 9 feet tall, so it's not totally out there.

Well kind makes sense since when she has corrupt throw up it appears blood and because of vampires it makes sense.
Probably will work well if they make her basic vomit attack like mist or make it the color of the gunk that turns people into the monsters
