(4.7.0) Most Balanced Killers?
The age-old question that it's time to ask again.
Who do you believe are the most balanced killers currently in the game?
When I say balanced I am assuming...
1) Exploits are NOT considered (meaning j-flicks and such aren't relevant as they're unintended)
2) they are balanced in that they have a fair back and forth in which the best player comes out on top.
3) Fair/Balanced does not mean "fun." I'm saying this because... well, very few like facing some killers but don't consider them OP or anything. cough cough Doctor cough cough
Edit: as been pointed out, it's important to specify the types of survivors you're versing. I'm assuming you're going against the *average* survivor but I will leave it to your discretion.

Id say Pyramid Head is probably the most balanced. He is very good but he does have some natural ways to counter him while killers above him feel a bit too strong often times and those below him leave a lot to be desired.
He feels like a reasonable threat whenever I play as survivor or him

Oni, he is rewarded with his power for playing at least somewhat well, his power is strong but still leaves room for chase interaction and has a form of built in tracking.

I may just be terrible against him, but I feel like he is ever so slightly too strong. I think I'd want to slightly nerf the blood dropping but other than that he is fine

Thats a hard question. Balanced around the best players? Average players? All players?
When you take the best player, then nurse, spirit and other S-tier killer are the most balanced. But i think an average spirit is op against an average survivor team.
Against bad players every 115% killer is balanced, bc bad killers dont really use their power. Or maybe all killer are op when only rank 20 play.
For average player is maybe Billy balanced. But i dont know whether its easier to learn to hit or to evade a chainsaw.

Assuming highest level players on both sides? Maybe spirit? Nurse is still probably too OP. Every other killer is not viable though.
Against what i call "normal" survivors? Probably over half of the killers are balanced with around 5-6 being OP.

Hillbilly. He’s a very strong killer while also having reasonable counterplay and has a very high skill ceiling. I have to disagree with everyone that thinks he’s been nerfed to the ground because he really didn’t. His base kit is the same as it used to be only with the overheat added, it’s just that so many bad Billy’s relied on insta saw. Since that got nerfed to the ground, everyone thinks Billy is a bad killer now.

Demogorgon for sure. He’s no longer add-on reliant so I can safely say he’s the most balanced.
