Decisive strike

I have been playing quite a few games now with the decisive strike change. I have noticed that the way how survivors play has changed somewhat but still the same idea, This makes it worse for both the killers and survivors they are really tying to use this perk all cost meaning they wont just leave to go heal, work gens, or go do something that need to be done. If the killer leaves them be, they will end up just run around the killer trying to get hit for the whole min. To fix this is by dropping time from 1 min to 30 seconds at max, lv 1 10 seconds, lv 2 20 seconds, lv 3 30 seconds for how long its active for, 30 seconds is all the survivor needs to lose a killer, also if they still have it when the game ends give them 2k blood points for not needing to using it.

When unhooked decisive strike activates for 10/20/30 seconds

When downed the timer stops counting down if healed it deactivates can still be used later if need to

Healing others, cleansing a totem, sabotaging a hook/unhooking also deactivates it

successful decisive strike will make you obsession

no one escapes death

This perk is for scaring survivors out of the game, so that they dont stall endgame. They open up the gates or 99% them just to mess around around with the killers. In some cases this can be fun for the killers but some players are just being toxic at end game. This perk dose punish them for over staying there welcome.

Dull totems will light up when all 5 gens are completed.

Killer gains undetectable.

Survivors suffer from exhausted.

Any survivor that is injured or gets injured when hex is active will suffer from broken.

All effects will persists as long as one of its totems remains.

there was no reason to be toxic about it but if you dont mind to explain your self why is this way going to be a buff and to you why dose it need to be changed or should it stay how it is

the lmao part kinda was and was not needed they just could of said it did not need the buff and gave a reason why but they did not

Noed doesn't need any buffs it's already a badly designed perk and that would just make it worse.

DS is in the best place it's ever been right now, the only way those changes myn't work is if the timer got paused while in chase or if the survivor got downed.

For noed what type of change would it need, right now its an end game perk like a few others that killers and survivors have. The problem that others seem to have with is that it 1 hits survivor so I thoght the effect broken would give survivors some chance but the killers need to hit the survivor to make it happen or if they were hit from before and taking away the speed boost and replace it with something else

For DS if it was only 30 seconds at max, I like the idea of when they get downed they keep it, its not going away if the killer leaves them on the ground so the killers are still going to have to deal with it. On top of that they can use it later in the game if they need to if they were left on the ground and got up but they would need to get unhooked again and be downed in 30 seconds again. im going to put this change change for DS in the main post

The ds change would be okay as it would work if you are actually being tunnelled, plus they can't just slug it out if it's still paused while you are on the ground.

The only change I could think of to noed is to make it so you can only insta down the survivors you have already hooked at least once. This would stop bad killers being able to rely on it as a crutch mainly. From my experience if a killers played well and I get hit with noed I don't really mind, it's only when I've outplayed them all match and not been able to get downed and then get hit with it at the end that I find it kinda annoying.
