Doctor/Huntress are top tier so why wouldn't they be used a lot.
Trickster/Demo/Wraith are new or had recent changes so people want to try them.
Bubba/PH are good killers and easy to pick up.
So usage makes sense. As I climb rank though, Nurse is seen more often.

He had 2nd highest kill rate behind Freddy in red ranks based on BHVR data released Q4 2020 and was number 4 in kill rates in overall ranks.
Doctor got new tools with Starstruck since then and even buffs to Iron Maiden. Even with Lucky Break getting buffed, he can quickly restart chases with Static Blast.
I think meta is shifting more in his favor and he is a versatile killer who even green/purple ranks don't know how to play against him. Im rank 11 rn and I get matched with purple and red and have been fairly consistently getting 2-3k with Doctor.

when will people stop using those kill rate. It was so high be because not a lot of people play him. All of the mobility and training killers got better with star struck. I feel like he’s seen often because he’s easy to play has,and new player friendly with his tracking ability

I don't think it is 100% accurate, but it was the best I could come up with.

I'm not saying he's perfect or the best killer and I do agree about Starstruck (running double calm + distressing + starstruck is just stupid).
For the stats though he had a pick rate in red ranks of 5.69% which is literally right behind Freddy at 5.75. He was number 8 picked overall and number 2 with kills. Even in general he's picked #3 behind huntress and PH. So its either he's picked often and does well (which matches what I said) or most survivors either don't encounter him (which doesn't make sense with pick rates) and/ or they don't know how to play against him.

I thinks it’s more of the people don’t know how /want to play against him so they end it first hook. And the amount of 3 gens that end up happening with him is insane, which makes it really easy to secure those last few kill. but even with all this I’d call him low A tier to top B tier at most

Thats a fair statement. Survivors not willing to learn to play against a certain killer and suiciding on 1st hook makes it hard for remaining teammates to complete the objective. 1 DC a match could inflate the kill rate to 75% in the stats, but either way Doctor is still getting the kills whether through DC or suicide. So the fact that his gameplay and style forces these things to happen allows him to better complete his goals pushing him up in tier (not the best, but up)
I think an interesting stat would be to see who most survivors DC against. But I wouldn't want players to intentionally pick specific killers to force DC to happen.

I've had some sessions where it's been like three blights in a row of varying skill levels
