If you main one side plz play the other to see how it feels.
Like the titles said play the other side just for a bit. See how much crap the others side has put up with if your going to say My side is harder. You'll see why a killer needs to tunnel or camp. you'll see why a surv needs to tbag you( to get your attention but if its at the exit gates that's just them bing annoying sorry for not saying that)
it will also make you a better player since you play both sides and know mostly everything about both sides.
you don't even have to play a lot just enough so you

Too bad most people won't listen to this or will play the other side for 1 game and decide that's enough to form an opinion on how the game is still harder for the side they main.

Foolish piggy, i've played exactly 2 minutes of X and it's only served to add 30 additional pages to my dissertation about how my side are the underprivileged proletariat and need every buff.

A problem with that is Survivor mains. They switch to killer only to face potato Survivors, then feel vindicated that killers have it far to easy.

I'm a killer main because otherwise I have to play solo survivor at red ranks and it is the worst gaming experience.

Well... the other conclusion would be, "Play both sides and feel more empathy, so that you don't camp and teabag people" rather than "Play both sides and understand why being rude is necessary."

...There has never, ever been a time when as a survivor, I had any need to tbag the killer. I agree playing both sides is a great way to both gain some empathy and better learn the game, but people trying to justify tbagging as anything other than taunting is just mental gymnastics and it will always baffle me.

This is so true, I played killer for the first time a few days ago and it is not as easy as I thought.

you don't even have to play a lot just enough so you
sluzzy and tony killed them before they could finish 😰😰

I'm a killer main who've been playing more survivor lately, and honestly survivor gameplay is pretty chill in general. You work on gens while occasionally keeping an eye out for killer and apart from the times when you get chased (I'm still bad at this part of the game), it's a super relaxing experience. It can get annoying when the killer camps and people risk their hides trying to go for a rescue instead of doing gens, but that's solo queue in a nutshell.
I really don't know what drives people to want to be mean to the killer. I'd say respect to your fellow player is important no matter who you play as.

Yeah this idea really only works towards the killers side. Survivor is a snoozefest. When I'm playing with only 1 other friend. I'd fall asleep if I played with a full squad. To ez

I played the other side and now, I'm rank 13, from 16, withour playing it for a half of a year, It's really easy, I'm killer main btw

Eh, teabag is never a "necessary" thing for survivors but I get your point. Playing both sides just made it so that I don't care about other peoples fun. It's not possible to please everyone in a match in this game so I just play for myself and they can play for themselves.

I play both sides, and I've never had to Tunnel, Camp, or T-bag. But I do understand when and why some people have to that tho. But the majority of the people are just doing those things just to be as**oles. That's at least how it is at red ranks.

I play Rank 1 Killer to play a way that makes survivors mad and I play Survivor at Rank 20 to assert unnecessary dominance towards new killers in my 4 man swf, im living the best of both worlds.
I definitely suggest people try both.

Killer Mains are worse. They still think the game is survivor-sided.

The game mechanics very much favor Survivors. Falling short of success is usually a result of Survivor mistakes unless the killer "player" is constantly outplaying you in which case that's skill not a design advantage.

Nah, it's easier to just berate the other side instead of being reasonable.

I actually tried out survivor for the first time during the PTB for All-Kill.
I quickly learned exactly how pointless BMing is, and how the tiny amount of sardonic pleasure you get from it is nowhere near the frustration the person experiencing it suffers from.
That's when I decided that, no matter what, no matter what side I'm on, I'll play nice.

I play both sides and I don't see reason to tbag or being clicky and I don't see reason why to tunell and camp unless certain situation I must be playing different game where I don't butt dance at killer and where I don't play like scum by tunelling

I main killer but play both sides, however I have two friends who exclusively play survivor. Every time I've convinced them to play Killer, they say it's really easy and/or boring because they're at rank 20 and have extensive knowledge of game mechanics. So just one or two games won't cut it unless they're playing on a higher rank account.

Honestly, there are actually three sides: Killer, Survivor, and SWF.
I played solo survivor thinking, wow, this sucks until I played SWF — I realized why killers have a problem with SWF. I also play killer to get a better idea, solos get destroyed by most killers while you can usually tell if you're facing a good SWF or lucky group of solos who by some miracle, were able to coordinate everything.
You really start to see the problems of the game when you play every role.
