PS4 - Time On Your Side tome challenge bugged

I've tried two matches in a row to complete this challenge and it is saying I am not completing it. I am using Borrowed Time, unhooking pretty much in the killers face, taking protection hits and having the killer go after me instead of the unhooked survivor so it's a safe hook. One match I unhooked twice in killers terror radius and other 3 times just to be safe - one was against a Blight and the other a Hag neither using any perks/add-ons that would remove the terror radius. My swf teammate was who I unhooked 4 of the 5 times and each time could hear the heartbeat while on the hook.

Steps to recreate

1. Play public match as survivor with Borrowed Time equipped and Time On Your Side challenge active.

2. Unhook in front of killer atleast twice.

    Update: my swf teammate, also on ps4, has tried this challenge. Was against camping Spirit (no perks/addons to remove terror radius) and he also did not get credit for completing the challenge.

    Update 2: swf teammate and I both switched challenges and characters - one of those caused challenge to no longer be bugged. So challenge will not go through, need to change character/challenge before it will work.

    Had the exact same thing happen to me literally hook bombed two survivors in front of the killer going down for both in the process and the challenge didnt give it to me. Im on ps4 as well. So is the solution to switch challenges and then try it again? Your wording was a lil confusing sorry

    I changed both the challenge and character before trying again. I saw some say changing character was all they needed for BT challenge to finally go through, saw others say they changed the challenge then went back to the BT challenge and it finally worked - just to be safe I did both, changed character and challenge. I guess other challenges have same bug - won't go through until you change the challenge then go back or change the character you're using.

    I tried the challenge and it worked this time, I think it's inconsistently bugged.

    I've seen this issue with this challenge and some players reported similar issues with other challenges. Looks like first time selecting it will be bugged with no progress. If you try a different challenge and go back to the stuck challenge (or some have just changed the character they were using) the challenge will then progress. Definitely a bug that while can be fixed by player is wasting time which is annoying.
