If you could know your facing a SWF, would you play differently?

Now but I wouldn't mind knowing the level of the players so if I get stuck with a bunch of browns I can bring more mess around builds and still play to win

Well yeah I would play more competitively, but allowing people to see a SWF would increase their queue times by a huge amount.

I feel they should revert the change of not being able to change your killer in the lobby, If I saw a swf I'd go straight to spirit mother daughter ring

Mainly if the SWF has items or not as an itemless SWF is infinitely less frustrating then one with any combinations of these two green toolboxes with a BNP, a key and,/or one or two medkit(s) which I have been seeing a lot.
The main combo I see is two toolboxes and a key which if its randoms I don't mind but with a SWF's is just a gen rush and 3 man hatch open game unless I play very tunnel/slug happy.

I play the same even if I go against SWFs. Most of the time, they aren't even that good but if its a good SWFs, I switch my goal to at least 3k'ing. If I get down to 2 gens and no one is dead, you bet your ass someone is being removed from the game. That usually causes a swarm to protect, which ends up with everyone injured and a new down with more leverage, overall.

I might skip high rank 4man swf teams, but I wouldn't change my in game behavior unless they're toxic.

I just play the game, I never check lobby. I used to care alot, now I just play.
I only change play style if there is a toxic, solo or swf doesnt matter
2 -
Nope. All I care for is fun chases and getting BBQ stacks

It would just depend on my current mood with the game tbh. If I was feeling good and just came out of a good match then I'd ready up and try my best and sweat out the challenge. If I wasn't feeling great and I'd just had a bad match then I'd dodge the lobby.

Yeah, top add-ons and a lot of camping and tunneling from my side

No, and considering the average forum user, I'm good that you can't it

I would and I know 99% of people would also.
You may not change your perks, you may not skip the lobby but you definitely change something in your gameplay since you expect comms when vs a swf. It may be very little but 100% something will change.
I'm happy you can't tell your facing a swf before a match.

Change gameplay. That's about it, really.
I need to take into account that they have comms and probably have one person nearby while I chase another at all times, so slugging isn't as viable, etc.
A lot of others would just dodge or put on the most frustrating add-ons and perks to deal with, but it's really not necessary.

Most killers are already equipped and ready to deal with SWF, even before knowing or checking profiles.
Why do you think solo-q is so miserable?

I would not change much. I decide mid-game if I want to change my gameplay, but thats it. And this is completely independent if I play against SWFs or not, if I feel the need that I need to slug to get some pressure (as an example), I will do this. But I wont start just when knowing that I play against SWFs.
I would also not change anything on my Loadout. I would do however if I would run Perks or Add Ons which might become less useful against SWFs. But not doing that, so my build always stays the same.
(I used to change my Loadout a lot a few years ago when I played against 4 man SWFs, I even switched the Killer to a strong Killer - just to find out that it was not needed and I stomped some really chill players with Spirit + strong Add Ons..)

Would you skip the lobby? No
Would you change your perks? No
Would you change your gameplay in match?
Not every swf group plays in the same way, so i would still wait for the match to start to see how they play and change my gameplay accordingly.

My kind of player I respect you.

Good question
Probably won't change the way I play until the end
All I want is 4stacks of BBQ... LOL

If I saw a swf of rank 1s, I'd bring some addons and maybe a good map offering. Wouldn't do too much else tho

No, I wouldn't skip the lobby. The value in knowing if you face a SWF or not is being able to make the effort out the gate appropriate to the opponents. For better or for worst, a SWF does have substantial competitive edge over Solo. While not every SWF is a hardcore menace, Killers have to come out swinging at 110% with no quarter or mercy to make sure they have a chance just in case it is a hardcore SWF. This means by the time we know otherwise, some poor Solo team has taken the brunt of something they would not have faced otherwise. It is Solo that suffer the most because of SWF.
So, no I would not play any different against a SWF because I know it is a SWF, but yes knowing it isn't a SWF would do Solo players a huge solid. Killers would be able to take a breath and not have to assume they are SWF.

If I see two claudettes with flashlights I bring a ebony memento mori with nurse and then they get toxic! Caution: Choking Hazard.

I don't change my game or my loadout in the slightest regardless of whether or not I think the players are SWF - I mostly don't even pay any attention to the lobby. I don't have an issue playing against SWF though, there's very very few teams that are super co-ordinated and most of the SWF that I play against are just regular survivors, just more altruistic which is great because then there's more chases for me.

No, i wouldn't.
And i'm not really for having that information, but i'm not against it either.
When i look up Steam profiles in the lobby, it's really only out of curiousity and to not sit in the lobby for 60 seconds or more doing nothing.

I change my playstyle based on how the trial progresses. If it’s a SWF, I have five hooks and five gens left, I ease up. Let them reset.

Nope. I play Killer to have fun and earn bloodpoints. Those are my win conditions. I'd rather run around and make a ton of bloodpoints and have everyone escape at the end, then worry about whether it's a SWF or being sweaty or getting stressed out.

I'd just like to see who is together in the post game lobby.

i might change my perks a bit depending on how many hours they have, but thats about it

Not really?
I definitely wouldn't skip the lobby, at the very least.
