Do you think blight has overtaken spirit with his latest buffs.

Title more or less. I always thought of blight as the 3rd best behind nurse and spirit do you tihnk he has overtaken spirit now.

No. Only way to overtake Spirit and Nurse is to remove counterplay and interactivity entirely. No such move was made. In fact, in one such case, a bug has been removed as it actually did factor into such an issue.

Sometimes I wonder if he's overtaken Nurse. She's still amazing and all, but I definitely find his loop better than staring at the ground for most of the game. Especially on Hawkins and Lery's, where nearly everything is a blind blink.

Blight has lots of room for counterplay compared to Spirit, so definitely not.

Yes, I do feel that Blight has overtaken Spirit and Nurse. Blight can land shots without exploits now that are more powerful than the bug fix that they removed. He has the best mobility, best lethality, and has few counters than either spirit or nurse. There's no difference between the lack of counterplay survivors have to a good nurse and survivors have to a good blight.
Blight has lethality that's on par with nurse with much better mobility

Spirit is still the easiest to use among the 3, which factors in into consistency and effectiveness.

No j-flicking allowed, but Spirit with stridor and sound eq. is acceptable.
If you Survivors Main are so happy with this fix, have fun with that but deal with that too. Survivor lobby today are ridicolous, take 10-30min for a Solo queue. How you see, much Killers are pissed off like me cause we get a nerf in every ######### patch but y'all start to cry when find a Spirit for 3-4 matches in a row ahahaha

they removed J flicks but added Z flicks. It does the same thing as a J flick but way more consistent and can be done on console.

Spirit is still better than blight my guy..
Blight will still be 3rd from spirit.
The j-flicking made him closer to spirit in terms of power vs power..
But now he just barely comes close.
even the Z Flick barely saves em =D

Just played against a rank 1 blight last night. I’m only green rank survivor and we was all slugged after 2 gens are done lol. Undying, ruin, bbq, and tinkerer was his perk also.

At the moment since Spirit has no feasible counter play she remains ahead of Blight. But, if Spirit gets a nerf Blight will pass her.

Buffs? What buffs? Are you talking about how he's now almost playable on console? No, because he still has counterplay, like any and every killer should.

Blight can still 180 by pairing successive 90 degree flicks i.e. Flicking your camera 90 degress whilst rushing and then flicking them another 90 whilst lunging. There's other methods I hear but that's probably the simplest one to perform. When they say buffs, I think they might mean that it's actually MORE difficult to counter a 180 Blight flick as the lunge goes wide now. As such, it's more likely to land. At least, that's the word on the street. Haven't actually tested it myself. I'm not nearly good enough at Blight to 180 consistently, lol.

This, Blight is very strong but he is still limited to existing mechanics and counterplay.
Spirit and Nurse are strong because they outright ignore the survivors defense mechanics.

The lunge doesn't go wide, people somehow sucked at using an exploit and had to have it made even easier for them. And since it's still an exploit, I'm not counting it and neither should anyone else.

No. He bonuses off wayyyyyyyyy too many items. I refuse to play him till it's fixed. Its beyond a joke, spirit dont have that issue

They fixed him more than buffed.
I consider his new flicks as intended because 90 per frame is and so should 180 with two frames ( i guess) .
And no. Spirit has basically no counterplay. Unless they nerf her, she will be always better than Blight.
