Wifi/game crash bans

I'm not gonna sit here and argue whether my previous temp bans were deserved or not. I accept the punishment from dc bans. However I don't understand why wifi or game crashes should result in a ban? Or atleast let players appeal this. I received a 6 hour ban from the game crashing, yes I did dc from a couple of matches around a day ago and again I accept the punishment but I don't see why I should receive a harsher ban because of an issue with the game. I get it might ruin the experience for other players as it makes it more difficult but I can name multiple things that can ruin the match for players that don't receive any punishment. Surely this can be looked into a resolved.

    Literally havent played the game for maybe 3 weeks, popped on today and my piece of ######### internet dc-ed during two matches earning me a 48h ban. There are games out there that have ban systems like this but can tell the damn difference between DCing intentionally and DCing because the game crashes or the internet goes out so this is unacceptable.

    Uninstalled the game and wont be returning.
