Why do you love Spirit?
I've switched over to her since I can't really find another killer I have good gen control with lately. Seems like every game is 1 or 2 hook and 3 or 4 gens done.(I know I know, get gud casual...)
With spirit I am able to sneak up on most survivors and get quick downs. Monitor and Abuse shortens the terror radius which means that I hear them before they hear me usually. I don't run Stridor as it's really a wasted perk slot when you get enough hours on her and there are more fun perks you can swap in instead such as Devour Hope(oh man, some fun games with this one).
Thankfully survivors usually whine about her not having a counter instead of actually learning how to counter. Every now and again I'll get a survivor who knows to run away from dropped pallets instead of try to lose a mind game and some that know to double back or run a short distance then slow walk left or right.
For me and probably some other average players she is about the only one that really gives me a decent chance as killer anymore and she is still fun.
Hmm. We should start a website where Spirit killers can post after match salt...

I play Spirit when I want to actually feel good instead of getting t-bagged to ######### after failing chases on Pig. I'm not good at this game, but Spirit makes me feel like I'm actually a killer.

Before I begin: Spirit does need to be looked at. I don’t have trouble with her personally, but when it’s almost everyone (even Killers) who say she needs to be reworked, I try to take that into consideration. I’m not trying to deter you from her, this is just my opening opinion.
Anyways.
I love her aesthetic, visual design, and cosmetics. She’s the first Killer I’ve learned to play, so there’s some nostalgia there.
Secondly, she’s strong. Her add-ons are great, her power is different, she meshes well with even goofy builds. On top of that, good cosmetics. What’s not to like?
They can nerf or rework Spirit all they want. Or even let her be. I only hope they don’t brutally butcher her power, but even if they did, I’d probably still play her. She’s one of my favorite characters in the game.

I don't. I don't think there's a single aspect of her I like, gameplay wise, design wise, lore wise, community wise, nothing. I cannot list a single thing I like about the killer.

I love everything about the Spirit's aesthetic. In terms of audio and visuals she's one of my favorite killers in the game.
Definitely tough for a survivor like me though. I don't hate playing against her but I know that it's usually a guaranteed slaughter. I concur with the above statement that pretty much the entire community agrees that she needs some balancing, which makes me wonder why it hasn't happened yet.

Although I feel kinda bad when I have to play her for a daily, it's nice having the feeling of actually being intimidating for once after spamming my subpar nurse and bubba for some dozens of matches. Simple to pick up, extremely efficient.

I don't, I really don't. She is kinda cool to play, but otherwise I hate her.

I feel like the people who like Spirit are being shamed into silence or into playing other characters. With all the posts it is beginning to feel similar to survivors shaming over NOED.

Yeah Pretty Much @Lucent. I love playing as her and against her.

Because she has an enormous gameplay potential, she is able to deal with lots of situations and create inesperate plays. She is able to deal with those arrogant swfs that think they are in the charge of the match. Nothing is better than to see people desperately rushing the gens and not treating you like a clown literally.
