Reversed Iron Will bug

On pc, playing as survivor. Not sure what triggers it, but when I am using iron will sometimes survivor makes grunts of pain like I don't have iron will maybe even louder. And of course I checked whether or not killer had Stridor. They did not have it on.

I know that, but no. That is not what I am talking about here. You cry like you don't have iron will until you are healed. You know the random bug survivors get when get hit they make no sound. Like they use iron will without having it. It is like reversed of that. You cry after some hits like you don't have iron will, like killer using Stridor, when they actually don't.

I've had this happen to me in a few games, and it's just like you said, it sounds as if you don't have Iron Will equipped at all when you're injured. It was also noticeably louder than when a killer is running Stridor. However, I don't know if it translates to the killer perspective as well, or if it's solely a survivor-sided bug. I did notice that it wasn't consistent for me the whole game, sometimes it would happen and sometimes it wouldn't. As far as I could remember, it would only happen after an unhook or if I got picked up off the ground. I don't recall it happening to me after going from healthy to injured, but I'm not 100% sure.

What Killer was it? Nurse and Freddy have some add-ons which give the Stridor effect for a certain time (mostly 60s).
