Survivor uninstall.png

Was playing the usual Sweaty Twins, Got a 5 Gens 4 Slugs win and at end game was expecting Trashtalk but got the

"What's the point of this Game?" Rank 5 said

"Having Fun..." I said

"Bull #########, not fun at all" said the rank 2

Rank 5 then ranted that He couldn't kick the baby properly as I kept moving it backwards

"Farking Lame" "Uninstalling alr" was the last chat sent by the rank 5

So guys, Any tips on how not to feel guilty about making survivors uninstall the game? I gotta agree though, slugging 4 survivors while at 5 Gens(one was a successful kobe at the end but got slugged again by a nearby Victor) would be so unfun for them but I am just following DOWSEY's Guide to Twins...

Sweaty yes but it's not like you were trying to make them have a bad time on purpose (I assume) you aren't responsible for the twins' design, them being in the game, or for anyone uninstalling.

Uninstalling is an overreaction anyway seeing as you get about 1 twins game a month as survivor, even if that is too often for my liking

it's fine. if they got invested to the point their feelings got hurt then they needed a break anyway. not your fault that you are the straw that broke the camel's back.

People say they will uninstall after any bad match they had. Then they remember they can't because they are addicted as #########, and continue to play 15 more matches that same day.

    Nothing to see here

Imagine acting like ninja when he acts like a 10 year old when he loses a fortnite match.

Imagine getting a 5 gen and slugging 4 to win though 😂🤣

But yeah no.... if that were me I'd of just do what I usually do...... stand infront of a hook man and kill myself (not doing the skill checks) and move to another match without giving the killer the end chat reaction. Would I be a bit pissed?.. absolutely. Would I show that to you for you to laugh at me behind your keyboard or controller? No.

I think some of yall take this game so much more seriously, sort of like if you lose a march it's a life crisis. 🤣😂 probably find mate, they're about 10 and they're mum told em they were grounded. Don't worry bout it... if they uninstall they uninstall. Was hoping reading the title there'd be a point to this post. But I'm disappointed to see its more of a gloat than anything else.

Play how you want, but I mean, who cares about someone else's guide. I play how I would like to verse. So, if you are okay versing a slugging killer at 5 gens, I wouldn't worry about it.

If , on the other hand, you feel bad about it, then maybe don't do it. I mean, that game doesn't look like it was fun for anyone. And 20,000 points? I would have toyed with them a bit to at least get some points out of the match.

    But, each their own.

To be fair playing dbd makes anyone want to uninstall anyway so I wouldn't feel too bad

Yeah id suggest playing in a way you wouldn't brutally hate going against regularly. That's kinda why I don't run certain things nor play a certain way.

Read "I made a survivor want to uninstall" thread, get curious to see what kind of rant it is this time, enter thread, see screenshot of Twins, it makes sense.

Yeah Twins can have that effect in a lot of players, myself included, you dont have to feel guilty for playing them since its the developers fault for creating them in the first place but they are extremely frustrating to verse against (and to play as, dont know why anyone would ever want to play as Twins), if you play the worst experience in the game you are bound to attract a lot of salt and make a lot of people not wanting to play anymore. I believe if Twins managed to be meta and have a pick rate of around 15/20% the game would die, they need a rework.

Twins is the only Killer that tempts me to ragequit, not even SWAT bully squads, old Forever Freddy, old Instasaw Hillbilly or Stridor Spirit made me consider ragequitting.

Slugging at 5 gens is just a miserable experience for the survivors to be fair, especially if they're Solo. Solo survivor is already probably the least fun aspect of DBD and are at a pretty substantial disadvantage already. Though this might explain why I see multiple disconnects and hook suicides whenever I load into a match and the Killer is Twins due to overall scumbag tactics.

If they were SWF I wouldn't care because they have a tremendous advantage that Solos don't and could have coordinated around it.

There's nothing to say you really wanted to win at five gens.

Matches I have like that a slug 2 hooked however it is. I give them a chance at that moment I feel I already won. And letting them regroup gives you opportunity to earn more BP.

    But play how you want

Tbf, facing a semi decent twins player is an awful experience, especially if they camp with Victor. Play how you want though, it's ultimately not your responsibility to ensure that the other side has fun. The developers are the ones who made the Twins so they're at fault.

If the OP cared about how the players in his lobby felt, he wouldn't be slugging at 5 gens.

You are also Rank 1, nobody should have to explain this to you.

    Play how you want though.

I will never understand why people are so incapable of adjusting their playstyle to match the challenge of each individual game.

Survivors good in chases, focusing the gens super hard and making you sweat? Play as aggressively as you want.

Survivors playing chill and just want to have fun (ie. most games)? Maybe don't play like you're in a tournament.

I stopped watching Derpsey when I realised that the competitive mindset shared by him and some other streamers simply ruins the game for everyone else.

If you slugged at 5 gens I'm assuming they was more chill, that's the best time to have fun and play more chill. Personally I never slug all unless it's near the end and I know I have to in order to "win" while winning isn't a must it's always nice as a competitive person. I play how I'd want killer to play for me, while most never will I always try lead by example and if I can have fun while others do too then isn't that a bonus?
