Should doctor disable perks in tier 3 aswell?
Just a neat little buff and also for consistency sake since he disables items so why not disable perks too.

There's a huge difference between items, which need to be actively used, and perks, which for the most part function passively.
T3 is ruinous enough. It doesn't need more buffs.

Guys, Doctor against a good team gets rushed and looped. Killers need buffs, it's kinda boring to always win

Short answer: No.
Long answer: It would buff his tunnel/camp potential as he'd disable Borrowed Time and DS. That's unhealthy for the game (sorry mods for saying "unhealthy" !).

Doctor has anti-loop in his basekit. If you time your shocks right, they're going to bonk into that window and stare longingly at it as you thwack them in the skull.

Uhh... no? His T3 does it's job of stalling the game pretty well already, and with Doctor's amazing Anti-Loop potential, and the fact his blast makes it so you can't just stealth, he's a great Killer. Imho the only reason you don't see him more is because he's not easy to learn, and he's not talked about half as much as other killers.

The only thing doc really needs is better dedicated servers, a lot of times ill shock someone, hear them scream, count to 1 and they still can vault, it's really bad.

just pre-drop pallet when injured lol, by the time the killer downs you 3 gen will pop, just pre-drop and anti-looping killers get destroyed. A good team hardly will lose against a low tier like doc

Doctor is already a very viable killer, not to mention that tier 3 madness is already disruptive enough.
While I enjoy playing him, Doctor accounts for 70% of my most annoying games as survivor, adding more buffs to him after he already got a rework will probably add 30% more. There's many more killers they should focus their attention on first.

No. Doctor can track survivors who are in Tier 3 and it already disables healing and repairing gens, which can be enough to stall the game for a short while.

yes, that could be a nice change for Doc
Would help him a lot in high MMR level
but it should be on a timer and not the entire tier 3 duration. maybe 30 seconds or so?

He's also in a fairly good spot for now with fun add-ons and if he did need a buff, making tier 3 stronger wouldn't be what he'd need.

Lmao do you want me to go into detail on why he's "annoying" and brings more, passively, than 75% of the killer roster? Doctor is one the last killers you should be crying buff on right now, hell look at your profile picture real quick.

Disabling perks would be extremely powerful, especially considering that the AoE nature of Doc's power makes putting survivors in madness 3 quite easy. It also doesn't have a duration, so we're looking at a potentially unlimited duration effect.

Doctor's kit is already bloated, much like Freddy's. And almost all of his addons are very powerful. No way.
