You can rework one killer. Who would it be?

I would rework Myers, played him a lot, thought about what I would alter or change about him a lot and I think I've made a fairly solid list of changes that will just address the issues I have with Myers:

    Perks:

    1. Dying Light no longer disappears when the obsession dies, instead, you keep the stacks(like STBFL). If a new obsession rises, you can add more stacks.
    2. STBFL, maybe cap it at 10 stacks instead of 8. Doesnt buff it too much(a killer with 8 stacks will just be as dangerous as a killer with 10 stacks), but it gives it more variety outside Pig and Demogorgon.
    3. PWYF, no longer lose stacks if you do not deal damage, however, lose 2 stacks if you DO deal damage, lose 3 stacks if you deal damage to the obsession. Again, giving it more variety among other killers but also giving it a significant downside to compensate.

    Power:

    1. Being able to stalk everyone within your vision, instead of only the nearest person.
    2. No range cap on his stalking
    3. no longer become collisionless while stalking(he is the only killer to be collisionless without having dealt damage)
    4. make Jewellery(yellow) basekit(no altering the existing addons like Windstorm, they are already mediocre and for them to have any significant use, you need to use all 3 addons at the same time, adding Jewellery as basekit makes Tacky Earring at least worth using) and Glass Fragment basekit(I dont see a reason why not, you're already slow and you lose the aura reading when you reach T2).
    5. If a survivor dies, their remaining Evil is spread equally to remaining survivors instead of being gone forever(Other than collision, Myers is also the only killer that has a hard capped power, making him a regular M1 killer, spreading it out would only be fair and doesnt need alteration of most of his addons).
    6. Once all evil is drained, increase his vaulting speed in T2(also, add a bar that shows the remaining Evil in the match/per survivor just for QoL sake)

Addons:(assuming 4 grey, 5 yellow, 5 green, 4 purple and 2 pink, as Myers is the only killer not adhering to this structure yet)

    Grey

    1. Tacky Earrings, currently terrible, but assuming Jewellery becomes basekit, actually decent, no need for a change.
    2. Boyfriends Memo (BUFF), currently, this changes the 0.2 second lunge to 0.22 seconds(10%). A normal lunge is 0.5 seconds. I think this addon is easily worth adding 100% instead of 10%. Also a thing to note: Killers do not get their lunge speed untill after the first 0.2 seconds. Its 0.2 seconds charge before 0.3 seconds of moving 172,5%. Meaning Myer's T1 lunge is already at only 105% speed, and with Memo, he goes from 105% to 172.5% for 0.02 seconds(aka, practically non-existent). Using an entire addon slot to double it, gives him some more room, especially as T1 Myers, which this addon is meant to support.
    3. Blond Hair (BUFF) remove the increased amount of Evil needed for the first time. It's not that significant and it would be unique as the only extending addon without a downside.
    4. Memorial Flower, stays the same, just goes from yellow to grey.

    Yellow

    1. Reflective Fragment (BUFF) now stacks with Mirror Shard.
    2. Jewellery, same as Tacky, assuming this becomes basekit, this addon is actually quite nice, no need for a change.
    3. Hair Brush, fine as it is, being weaker to Blond Hair early on, but stronger over time.
    4. Dead Rabbit (BUFF), from 25% in each catagory to 50%. Having a bigger terror radius in t3 beyond 25% isnt actually that significant, but it is really significant while being in T2(especially perma-T2) as it reduces the effects of Monitor and Abuse.
    5. Memorial Picture (NEW), moderately increasing Evil Gain when stalking a survivor(18%). Sounds insane, but only if you use both J. Myers and this one, meaning you have a 43% on all targets at the cost of 2 addons. Which isnt that significant, both current addons already reach 36% together, being 7% faster isnt that big of a deal, especially considering there already exists a quicker version(Journal+J.Myers, for a whopping 65% stalk speed increase).

    Green

    1. Mirror Shard (BUFF) now stacks with Reflective Fragment.
    2. Judiths Journal, remains the same
    3. Jewelelry Box, remains the same, same reason as Tacky.
    4. J.Myers, remains the same.
    5. Hair Bow, remains the same, essentially being a better Hair Brush.

    Purple

    1. Vanity Mirror (BUFF), now no longer reduces movement speed. The Red Light and not being Undetectable are already a big enough of a downside for T2 Myers. It's literally a worse T1 Myers in every way possible.
    2. Scratched Mirror, assuming all previous changes, is fine as is, as a QoL might add the current Boyfriend's Memo(10%).
    3. Lock of Hair (BUFF), now requires 4 stalk points instead of 5 the first time it gets activated.
    4. Tombstone Piece (FULL REWORK), Vault 15% faster(for a total of 50% if using Bamboozle and Fire Up) and be able to stalk in T3(meaning you can prolong T3). While these 2 dont seem to be linked directly, it means you can stalk someone before vaulting a window to have a longer T3 duration while also reducing the distance. Let alone that in the case that all your Stalk is gone, you still have the 15% bonus.

    Pink

    1. Tombstone, slight nerf: reduce movementspeed to 10% instead of 9. I always thought it was weird an instakilling myers was able to move faster than a t1 myers while also being able to Lunge normally with an instadown, even if it takes longer to stalk.
    2. Fragrant Tuft, slight change: Show Myer's Aura for 2 seconds the moment he reaches T3(giving infinite T3 a slight downside and survivors a head's up that it's not Lock of Hair or Hair Bow, which I think is fair), increase the Terror Radius by 15%.

I think this is relatively fair and would make Myers an extremely variable killer to use, while also making him a lot less reliant on map offerings with his niche builds.

I would rework Legion, but not now; when ai husks are a thing.

    ----

I would actually make Legion feel like a group. Think Hag traps + Doctor illusions + The Twins.

    • The Legion can Tag a section of edge wall with spray paint.
      • Up to 3 tags can be placed at a time before they are recycled.
      • Tags can be removed by the survivor(s) without items and take 20 seconds.
    • The Legion can later summon other (AI) Legion Members with Feral Frenzy that hop over the walls from outside of the map at each of these tags.
      • The Legion will be slowed to 110% movespeed with a 24m terror radius for the duration of Feral Frenzy.
      • Legion Members (also 110% movespeed and 24m terror radius) will patrol from their tag toward the opposite wall of the map (opposite, as in an equal number of edge wall tiles to the left and right from their origin Tag).
      • They will look for visible survivors or scratch marks and attempt to chase and injure them (injuring healthy survivors and deeply wounding injured survivors).
    • Any Legion Member within The Legion's terror radius will behave differently.
      • They will slow down, become non-lethal, and will not attack (though they can still physically block survivors who do not have collision immunity from taking damage).
      • They instead reveal, via killer instinct, any survivor(s) within their own terror radius, leaving them for The Legion (the player) to deal with.
    • All Legion Members will disengage and exit the map via the nearest edge wall as soon as any survivor is downed, a Legion Member has reached their exit destination, or Feral Frenzy's 60 second duration has expired.

    ----

[Bad Word], I forgot that not all maps have edge wall tiles... 😒

    I'm gonna say it.

    Blight.

Now his power isn't bad, I enjoy using it myself and if you're good you can shut down chases fast.

But the reason why I say this is because this man who pretty much is the most important killer in dad's history... is just a gloried pin ball. I was under the impression that he would experiment on survivors, debuffing them horrendous or be a glorified monster who would rival that of Demogorgon. But instead we have this self centered genius who bonks himself in walls repeatedly who at this point lost his intelligence. If his lore didn't come out on Halloween 2018 & 2019. I wouldn't care, if he came out just on 2020, I'd just shrug it off. But, it's the lore that enthralled me, I feel so let down.

I want to repeat, his power isn't bad, it's just... why him?

I'd feel bad if I outright said what I think.

Just know I understand some killers in particular can feel frustrating to go against, and that I'm with you all in Spirit.

Deathslinger or Spirit. I don't find their powers particularly fun to use and playing against them just makes me want to play a different game.

Hag. The most boring killer to play against.

Spirit is also not fun to play against, but at least I don't have to crouch trying rescue someone off the hook.

So many other Killers in this game, and you pick the one that doesn't need to be changed.

Which is exactly why he was bullied by even rank 20s, and why the average player steered away from him.

Do you need to see videos of old Freddy struggling to get anything done to remind you why this rework was praised originally?

Yeah but now he’s just a boring jack of all trades killer. He had more unique aspects before and it’s clear the devs are struggling to balance new Freddy anyway

I would give Charlotte a gun. And also I'd give Victor a gun.

Spirit. [nerf]When she hits a survivor, her power to phase goes on a cool down, just like legion.

What are you on? In his current form, Freddy definitely needs a change. Even if you don't want to revert him to his original (vastly better designed version in my opinion), his current form is just so ######### boring for both sides. His power needs to be made more skillful and interactive.

    Twins.

I would rework Nurse to have any power other than blinks, probably keeping a teleportation aspect. Freddy, Demogorgon, and Twins emulate the teleport effect pretty good.

Spirit. I love her aesthetic, but her power is braindead and boring to use.

I've been thinking about a fix for Trickster. How would it be if survivors have to actively pull out the knifes they got hit with which could take around 1 second per knife? This would make him stronger in chase because his "hits" don't just automatically heal but it would also give him some kind of passive gen slow down.

Myers is boring so I'd rework him to make him more fun to play as and against. I'd also rework Spirit to make her more interactive.

But most importantly, let's rework our boy Freddy. We need old Freddy back.
