If you take on the role as a killer, you should never play nice. Most fun for us survivors is facing "toxic" killers. I don't understand killers who try to please survivors in any way.

    It's true...

I like to think that I'm a "nice" killer (if I get a unsafe unhook, I'll generally slug the poor bastard instead of hooking them again to at least give them a punishment for the bad play without screwing over the unhooked) and do my best not to tunnel or camp but it's amazing how often these actions get me met with a GG EZ.

I can absolutely understand why someone who started as a nice killer would start leaning more into a Sweaty Tryhard which the survivors then complain about. Some of you survivors need to look a long hard look in the mirror when you wonder where all the "nice" killers went...

This is why survivors make me laugh when they call you toxic for playing a way they don't like.

Most killers start off trying to play in a fun way for everyone and deal with all the crap they throw at them and suddenly start to not care anymore about playing "nice". They bring it on themselves.

Yep..I used to be a nice killer too then I started running NOED/Bloodwarden.

Heh when I started playing I was just a meme killer. If I saw someone disconnect I would go easy on them, let them farm some points, etc.

Then you get to red rank and see survivors are extremely toxic and don't care about winning but about the killer being humiliated and not having fun.

So I'm super confused at killer mains who do stuff like give hatch or not camp and tunnel even when being gen rushed, I've seen Otzdarva give people the hatch and in the end game chat he gets insulted

I don't try meme builds anymore because it equals an entity displeased and a few tbags and flashlight clicking, sometimes I even have survivors telling me to kill myself for "being bad". So now it's all insidious basement Bubba and saying GG ez when they start crying since that makes them go rabid.

I used to be a nice killer.

Then I became corporate and sold out.

The more you play the more you realize there's no reason to give survivors even more chances than the game and perks already give them. I can't be held accountable for doing what I know gives me the win vs the team of 4 other players with 16 perks divided between them.

"I was nice killer until survs butt danced at me" dude ur the killer nobody needs to expect u to be nice it's in ur objective to be merciless and kill

Look at the forum right now, at all the threads crying about Killers camping or tunneling or slugging, and you tell me if survivors don't feel entitled to decide how the killer should play

I had someone in end game chat in my last match cry about me using Franklin's demise, despite just one of them having an item.

I don't know.... There are always idiots in any place any role.

If killer hasn't tryharded and tunneled I always say "gg wp". And if killer has " Ignored" a poor guy phase 2 that has been unhooked on killer's face, and this one chases the full health bastard that rescued him, it's something to recognize at endgame chat.

Regarding to the t-baggers or the "gg ezr's", if killer hasn't played dirty I always talk on his favour on endgame chat. I don't like that arrogance.

Killers and survivors we are playing the same game. Survivors need killers to play their role; and killers need survivors.

Sorry but being merciless killer doesn't mean camping and tunelling

Also I really don't see how opinions of strangers affect u or ur gameplay

99% of the community doesn't agree. Even breathing is considered camping to survivors.

I'm actually something between the two somehow. I never intentionally BM or do anything unfun for the survivors unless they do that to me.

But I don't joke around. I'm no tryhard, but I do put in more effort than most, and it shows.

You ruin my fun, I ruin yours. It's only fair.

Who are 99% of community? Are you their lawyer? U do understand 60-70% of this community are survivors mains

Again I don't see how their opinion affecs you we can have different opinion we can discussi them together but at the end of the day neither mine neither urs words will affect any of us two and how we play it's fine to have different opinions it's just a game it doesn't affect anybody especially because we all here are strangers to eachothers and neither u or I will justify our actions to strangers

We are products of our environment. We were not born ######### killers, we were made into ones by toxic survivor mains.

When the devs nerf Spirit you'll see how wrong you are.

I play nice until three gens are left. Every. Game. If they’re getting slaughtered I hit the brakes.

If they did two gens, they had their chance.

You shouldn't let rude survivors stop you from being a nice killer. No one cares what they think.

I consider myself somewhat of a nice killer, and I usually have fun playing killer. Plus, if you approach each match with a nonchalant attitude, you'll learn more from your mistakes.

Pretty simple be a nice killer and enjoy your T-bag and Click click at the exit gates. Im done with those days.

Well, you dont punish the players that did that to you, you punish the ones that didn´t.

And there are survivors like me, that dont ever teabagg, and respect killers that are good sportsman.

But as a killer, it happened to me too that i had a game against a toxic teabagging swf, and i took a mori to the next game. so yeah, i understand where you come from.

I used to be a nice killer.

I handed out ice cream to wandering survivors and pushed them on the swings when they asked for it.

But i've endured too much, too long. Too many teabags. Too many clicky clicks. I've been pushed to the brink.

Now i'm a dark avenger. A shadow in the night. A cold killer with a heart of gold, brooding under the moonlight, out to revenge myself upon Survivors everywhere for the suffering my people go under as the Killer underclass.

    Sigh.

I don't think that playing nice or playing rude have to be your objective.

I recommend you to start each game with a plan based in correlative things to acomplish one after another. For instance my objective consist in

    - Phase one: to hang one time each survivor

    - Phase two: to hang each one survivor for the second time

    - Phase three: maybe I go for one or two kills if I can, but sometimes I just open myself the door to start EGC (I don't want to reach red rank as killer to avoid always play against red rank sweaties survivors. I try to do my own match making XD).

By the way: tunnel, slug or camping are game tools, there is no good or bad in use them, it is just your choice.

You're laughing. A killer is getting tea-bagged and you're laughing.

you should go back to playing fair and nice. Cause trust me, there's nothing more satisfying than some entitled survivors throwing a tantrum over how they didn't get any value out of their second chance builds cause you played fair

I love letting survivors go. I don't care about wins and losses, I play this game to relax and have fun. And if we all get points at the end and some survivors get to go off seeing that not all killers are jerks, it makes me feel good and helps to reduce the negativity of the community even if only by a tiny little bit.

Sportsmanship, on either side, makes me happier than winning does.
