what do you think of each my 3 killer builds? (kinda beginner here)
-Spirit: Rancor, Hex:Ruin, Hex:Gaunted ground, Hex:NOED (supposed to be a one hit build)
-Nurse: Nurse's calling, Thanatophobia, Hex:Ruin, Sloppy Butcher (trying to slow the game as much as possible while looking around with nurse's calling)
-Letherface: Insidious, Iron gasp, Agitation, Hex:NOED (basement build)

You should replace noed with agitation (more likely to get body's to the basement) as the cannibal has a one shot ability allready. Also insidious is kinda "aids".2

Terrortorial imperative is good on LF. If you do basement build you can see when they go in for the rescue. Otherwise you can play the game nornally and be ready to start the fun if anyone goes for the chest.
Spirit is too hex based IMO. Once ruin is gone and HG is used you're left with 1 perk until endgame. Try a tracking perk on her, Stridor or Nurse's calling or BBQ. Or maybe enduring just in case you take any pallet stuns or d-strikes.
Dont play Nurse much so can't really offer advice on that one.1 -
For bubba's basement this is not bad setup switching NOED for territorial is good idea unless you want to camp the basement all the way which can work like 3/10 unless you face complete potatoes . If you go with territorial then swapping insidious will be a good idea but not sure if you want to go monstrous shrine to make them die a little faster if no then perk of your choice I guess
As for nurse if you want to slow the game down "JUST A LIL BIT" then maybe try huntress lullaby to make sure they'll start to constantly ######### up gens1 -

For Spirit. trade one of them for BBQ.

Spirit- Sloppy Butcher, Blood Warden for Haunted Ground, NOED or drop NOED for Thrill Of The Hunt and go for totem pull offs

For both Spirit and Nurse you are going to have a hard time finding survivors. You need some aura or tracking perks. Nurse's Calling is good if they are injured but it doesn't help you to initially find them. On Nurse take out Thanatophobia and use BBQ or Bitter Murmur. That will help you find them better, Sloppy/Ruin will slow the game enough. On Spirit take off Rancor, use BBQ or Bitter Murmur. You could also use Whispers but that's not really a beginners perk.
Your LF build is the definition of toxic in this game but w/e. I would take out Insidious and use Ruin, only because it doesn't really work against smart survivors. You will catch people for sure but there will come a point it stops working. You are better off just hooking them in the basement and leaving to find another. Ruin buys you time to do that and NOED is insurance for the end. Just return to the basement every time there is a save.

It'd be a better basement build if you replaced NOED with Monstrous Shrine.0

If you do Bubba's Funhouse build be careful with insidious. If two survivors in your lobby join at the same time thy're survive with friends, which makes insidious useless.
