Blame yourself for not knowing the hitboxes.

How can you know her hit boxes when they change every damn match one match you get hit round a corner the next you don't it's impossible to know what will hit and what won't.

I personally dont have such a random experience with the hitboxes, like i know theyre big thats why im never surprised when i get hit.
Or i dont go against good huntress players, i usually just get frosty eyes babies lol
You can try and get into a mindset that theyre broken and its not in your control, if you believe so. But i believe they can be learnt and countered, most hits anyway.

Latency works both ways, the amount of times I've hit someone square in the face with a hatchet and heard the noise and seen blood just to watch them take no damage is just as annoying.

Well, at this point it is either that or she won't hit anything. I think this is a better question.

This is why I don't play Huntress as much as I used to. Having good ping penalizes you.

Funny thing is that slinger’s hitbox while small works very well. Maybe because huntress is older but updating her hitboxes is better for both parties

It likely has to do with the length of the hitbox. Long hitboxes have several frames to confirm a hit, while smol ones can only have one frame, as well as have two frames where movement shows the projectile passing through something and not colliding. Depending on fps on physics calculation and the speed of the projectile, hitreg issues can become a thing.

Her hitboxes are a problem but they don't make her magically easy to play. She still requires practice and effort.

I agree I'm not actually blaming her I play her on the odd occasion just thought I'd put this up and see what comes up lol but tbh Xbox seems to be the worst for bad hits atm

Huntress is also held back by her planet size hit box. The amount of clean hits I dodged because of stuff in the way.
