Legion Tactics

Having played a few games of and with legion now, I was thinking about what legion needed in order to be both unique and effective versus survivors when it hit me.
Anyone with the perks out there try something out for me: Equip tracking perks, mainly bloodhound, try hitting multiple people to get people scared and then track someone down by staring at their tracks without initiating a chase.
Being able to follow someone to keep them scared and hit them if they stop to mend, all while having their timer tick down sounds in theory like a great tactic for reliably getting hooks. Let me know how it goes, and I'll try it once i get a chance too.
